I need the truck for my volunteer activities so Handy GMC Service gave me an immediate appointment and then worked through the issues (several) to fully resolve. They communicated status. A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

The "Product Specialist" (AKA Sales person), Larry Hendrie was great! He carefully walked me through the process of what was needed to secure the Used vehicle I wanted to purchase that I found via the internet. I drove 200+ miles to get it! He was very accommodating assisting me with completing my navigation plans that allowed me to travel to NY to purchase the car. Larry was also very attentive sending me a reminder about our upcoming appointment and also called later in the day to be sure I made it home safely with no concerns about the vehicle. This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

The sales staff was very informative and helpful, without being pushy. I appreciated their assistance purchasing a 2024 Mirage SE.
