My Ram 3500 suddenly went into "LIMP MODE" I was able to nurse it to a nearby Dodge dealership for assistance. After inspection The Service Manager told me there were wires under the dashboard that were not Dodge parts and my repair would not be covered under warranty and he had no idea how long or how expensive repairs would take. He then stated they had no loaner cars and Id have to go rent a vehicle to get home. I was LIVID!!! I called Krystal from whom I purchased my truck and spoke to Andy in Service and explained my situation. Andy asked me to hand my phone to the other Service Mgr. Andy instructed him not to touch my truck and that Krystal would picking it up and brought back to their service Dept. I wish you could have seen the look on his stunned face! Next morning my truck was picked up and after inspection by Andy and his fine crew of techs they discovered the problem was NOT any wires but rather the Power Distribution Center was faulty. My truck was PROPERLY diagnosed and repaired in short order and then DELIVERED to my home nearly 100 miles away!! Andy kept me in the loop constantly and communication was fantastic. All repairs were covered under my warranty as were my car rental fees. Service of this caliber is near IMPOSSIBLE to find these days but it is certainly alive and kicking at Krystal Motors. Needless to say I will travel to Krystal to Purchase our next vehicles regardless of the distance. Customer care has made us LOYAL to them. Again THANK YOU to Andy and his fine crew!!
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

2026 Honda Passport review
Recently purchased a Honda Passport Trailsport Elite. Love the extra additions at this level. Seats are very comfortable and the heat is great even on your back. Love the 6 cylinder only wish gas tank was larger. Even with the all terrain tires it offers a smooth quiet ride. Sound system is very clear. Interior look is somewhat upscale compared to several other SUV’s I looked at. Interiors size is great. Very spacious with lots of leg room both front and back. Enjoy only having two row seats with the back one being a bench seat. Would definitely purchase again.

We test drove it. Made 2 offers and bought it. He was very interested in what i had to say and treated me with respect not like some dealers that feel they are doing you a favor. No tricks of how much you want to spend, what do you want your payments to be etc. Buying cars for over 50years, hats off to you Andrew and lia nissan. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing. Michael Masciarelli was very good, 5 stars, not pushy and not overly talkative, which we appreciated. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the trade in value and with how quickly we were able to get the "new" car I am the primary drive of this vehicle which I made clear several times. Unfortunately, all the paperwork shows me as the co-signer. In regards to the finance team, it took a while to get copies if all the paperwork. I ended up having my daughter pick it up at the dealership, over a week after the sale. I received an email file around the same day. I feel that the gentleman who took care of this for us was not as easy to work with. Needed the wipers replaced since they did not work very well. I asked to have the back wiper replaced as well and was told that it was not needed. It does need to be replaced, very noticeable with the snow and rain. I guess I'll have to pay for that one. All in all, the staff, starting with Mel (also 5 stars), was great. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Decent experience.
2026 Nissan Kicks review
I just purchased a 2026 Nissan kick in February this year and it has 3,000 miles and it needs the axle replaced already. What happened? I wasn’t in a automobile accident with this car at all.

I just purchased a new full EV Toyota bZ XLE from this local dealership. My salesman there was Howard Cullen. While I’ve driven Teslas since 2017 I’ve been able to avoid the typically unpleasant experience of being tagged-teamed by sales staff in an auto dealership — the “showroom shuffle”. I’ve also been able to pay cash and avoid car loans for the last 35 years. That being said, my initial reaction to being handed off to Howard by other sales staff was classic “disgruntled customer” mode; a bit hostile. However, we got past that and Howard was great in working with me to get me a very attractive price on a quality vehicle. Another issue that I had going into this transaction was encountering showroom sales staff who usually know little to nothing about EVs. Howard admitted to his limited experience upfront, so we learned about this car together. I appreciated that he understood my concerns and worked hard to gain my trust, answers to my product questions and minimize the amount of hassle factor that it took to make this purchase – which included my first car loan in 35 years (a few $K additional incentive for taking a Toyota 0% interest 3-year loan was hard to resist.) Prior to switching to Teslas (a very high-quality automobile) I had owned 6 Toyotas (Camrys and a Tacoma) over 25 years; and I would argue that this is hands-down the best car company in the world. Howard has been selling Toyotas for 17 years and shares my commitment to this product. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer family and friends to him for their next vehicle purchase — especially as I know that he will know alot more about these EVs for the next customer who comes looking for one.
