Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.
2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
I am loving my new Atlas Peak Edition! The drive is smooth, and doesn't lag for a 4cylinder. There is plenty of room for all passengers & the foot space is great. The only few features I wish the car came with is 2 driver preferences, fold in side mirrors, and a better camera. The Camera seems like it is zoomed and the view isn't clear. Other than those few details, the car in my opinion is great!

Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.
2026 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Overall pretty good, however it is undocumented if you turn off or adjust some of the safety setting it will cause light on dash to come on and make you think issue with system (ex collision if you change from default of alert and brake to alert only). I think this is an issue and should not light dash light to indicate an issue with the system because of alert settings.

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.

Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

I bought a Ranger Raptor. Incredible pickup, handles more like a tall sport car than a truck. Very comfortable to drive with multiple steering option, shock setting and exhaust note. Fun to drive around town and on super highways. Increasable value for all the options you get.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.
