CatherineMcMillian was absolutely wonderful with helping me the find the perfect vehicle. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Sandy Sansing for a vehicle purchase.
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2026 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Overall pretty good, however it is undocumented if you turn off or adjust some of the safety setting it will cause light on dash to come on and make you think issue with system (ex collision if you change from default of alert and brake to alert only). I think this is an issue and should not light dash light to indicate an issue with the system because of alert settings.

2026 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I had a 2022 Elantra and loved it. It was time to upgrade my car, so I went with Elantra again. So far, this one has been great as well. My 2022 drove for 118,876 miles and had no issues with it. Hope to get the same from the 2026. Rides smooth and great on gas. I did get the sport model, and it looks really nice. Would really recommend it.

2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Only have had it one month, just a couple negatives 1) Key fob very low quality, looks like a cheap plastic Easter egg. I have never had one this low quality. 2) The part that positions the seat belt buckle high or low is a “rubber band”, Never seen that. 3) The steering wheel should be a little wider on the top so you can view the screen/gages better. The ride is nice, Power is there when you want it.

Romanio at Kia in Pensacola gave me five star service. He was honest, personable, and took the time to give me great information without ever making me feel pressured. I truly appreciated how transparent and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. I left the dealership extremely happy with my experience and feeling like I was treated more like a friend than a customer. I went in looking for a vehicle and left feeling like I made a friend for life. I highly recommend Romanio to anyone looking for a vehicle!

2026 Buick Envista review
I just bought a 2026 Envista Preferred on May 22, 2026 and it is the dream car that I always wanted. It's elegant, good on gas, nice and comfortable interiors and trunk and small enough to park. It feels like a strong car, just by opening the door. Really can't say anything negative about it. I think Buick out did themselves and the price was right!

2026 Buick Encore GX review
My husband and I are old. We wanted to get a smaller vehicle and the Encore GX fit the bill. It is roomy, has cool electronics, and great gas mileage. If there is a negative, the GX part made our insurance go up. But the insurance industry sucks so they would have raised our rates no matter what car we purchased and we have never had an accident. The agent we talked to advised us to take safe drivers tests. My husband was in law enforcement for thirty years so he has had plenty of safe driving. Our son is 6’3” 225 and had plenty of room in this car. Y’all need to test drive one of these cars, y’all will love it! really like this Encore GX

2026 Buick Encore GX review
We purchased the Avenir model with the extra options as well. The basic car is great, but this level of additional features provide an amazing ride. It rides like a car that’s bigger , and it is super quiet well handling the variable steering all the features. What an amazing car Fun and easy to drive around town and on the highway

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Jimmy & Donovan did a great job assisting us through the entire process. My wife loves her new 2025 Buick Envista! I would definitely recommend shopping around at Step One Buick GMC Cadillac!

2026 GMC Canyon review
This purchase was a replacement for 2022 Honda Ridgeline. While the Canyon is much stronger when talking about the motor it lacks some the little extra details like cabin and tail gate storage. This truck is a bit less stable on the road when it is windy and it definitely consumes more gas. But overall it is a great mid-level truck, feels strong and looks great

This was our 3rd time buying a car here, Tim was great. We found a buick enclave we wanted to look at, he took us back and got the information, was very friendly. Took us to look at the car and was very informative about the vehicle. He was pleasant and great to talk to throughout the whole process and got us into our new (used) vehicle without any headaches or hassle. Love this dealship 100% and Tim was wonderful.

Great car. This is my 3rd new XT5. I got the car with optional V6 engine so it has plenty of power. I also got the car with Premium Luxury option, so it is loaded with nice features.

2027 Chevrolet Corvette review
2027 Corvette Grand Sport X - GM has stepped up the game with this model the all wheel drive , 721 Hp , all leather interior and about four different performance modes from Lexus quiet to obnoxious almost Z06 loud. The performance is incredible 0-60 in 2.4 sec. and surprisingly the ride can be very smooth and of course the handling is amazing with the all wheel drive. This model vette is a hybrid performance car no it’s not a EV in any way pure performance with no turbo lag at all. This isn’t the corvette of yesteryear it’s a different animal now and I love it.

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The truck looks incredible, rides smoothly, and has all the power and capability I was looking for. 2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.
