I called the service department on October 15, 2025. Because I thought that the front collision avoidance system on my new 2025 Telluride was not operating. I Spoke with Giana. And asked if I stopped by could one of the techs look at it and ascertain if it was just shut off, or if it was something else, and I would have to make an appointment for service. She was very accommodating and advised me to stop down. When I arrived I spoke with Erin. Who came out to see if there was a reason for the system to be off. But it looked fine. Then Rubio. One of the service technicians came over to look at it. And he took it for a test drive. When he came back he advised me that all of the systems were working as they should be. He also explained to me how and under what conditions the front collision avoidance system works. I want to thank Giana and Erin for helping me and especially Rubio for taking the time to test drive the car and for explaining the system to me. Coming from a 2023 Acura MDX. This is so much better. Transmission is buttery smooth. Stylish outside and luxurious inside. Ride is not bumpy. Amazing the value you get for a non-luxury vehicle. So much power and torque to move it when you need to but I mostly just cruise like it's a Cadillac. Sound system is certainly adequate in SL trim. If you had to put a g*n to my head to come up with a complaint I would say the doors sound cheap when you close them vs a luxury vehicle but that's all I got man

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.
