Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Good deal all around. Will return. Ok that?s it and I have no more to say. Blah blah blah. 25 words too much . Ok

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

Well my Mom was initially unhappy with the car the car she initially bought but Juan Franco did an AMAZING job he even came in on his DAY OFF , too make sure my Mom was happy really happy with their above and beyond customer service. We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

My experience overall is a 4 because our salesman dismissed my concern about the sunroof not working. I had been there quite a bit waiting to hear about the final price etc but as I was taking out things from my trade in, I told Shsms several times I didn’t like sunroofs in general and it acts like an overhead heater during our hot days and it didn’t work. He assured me it would eventually close. I felt like Shams was eager for me to leave and felt rushed. I think he was trying to make up for the rather long time it took to buy the car. He is new, very polite with high energy and I think over time his customers will really like him. I like him and would buy again because he listened to me when I brought the car back . The sunroof needs a new part to operate correctly. I suggested that he slow down and really listen to customer questions and comments and to not rush them when they are checking out last details before leaving.

Came in knowing what I wanted Juan put it all together and made it easy. I asked him to make it quick and easy and thats exactly what he did. He offered to even deliver it to my house since I came alone and live over an hour away.

Was very happy with the way I was treated by the staff at this dealership. Low pressure and they all make you feel comfortable. Juan in sales was very knowledgeable and I’m happy with my deal. They even sent a man close to two hours to my home to pick up some things and get some papers signed. Would buy there again.

Juan helped me get this truck I wanted and helped me reserve it since it wasn’t ready. He kept me up to date so the same day it was ready I could come down and pick it up.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.
