I have come to this dealership in the past and the energy was not very welcoming. Now there is a major difference. Austin was so welcoming and kind. He was extremely informative. I loved his energy. It was so nice that I was greeted by the service manager. Her presence was very appreciated. She was sitting and talking with customers and even read to some kids in the kid corner. BIG difference. Great service and team!

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I certainly enjoyed my experience at Parks Hyundai. They were very professional and courteous. I purchased a new Sante Fe. They worked with with me and I was very happy with the deal. So happy my girlfriend came back with me in less than two weeks and purchased a Kona.

I’ve brought three cars from Gainesville Nissan. I had my eyes set on a 2016 Altima but it wasn’t in my price range at first. The offer I had was originally denied, but Mickey was extremely willing to help. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. His hospitality is amazing. The gentleman there was able to give me the car I wanted and made the price range work for me. Mickey legitimately showed how much he cares not for the car sale so much as me getting the car I wanted . I feel great after this purchase and even. After the deal was done I’m happy with the car. I went in today to look at solid used cars, I have not had a vehicle in over ten years so this was a very big deal. I had heard great things about a sale associate named Mickey so I worked with him to find a great 2017 Sentra, the car is lovely and the experience was great.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Ariana was amazing to work with! Contacted me about a vehicle I was looking at, I went in she greeted me and my family, we talked I told her what Honda of Lake City did and tried to get away with and she listened. I was terrified to sign anything after my experience with Honda. She let me take my time reading, did not rush me or push me into anything, she argued the price that I wanted and even with the issue with that other dealership I was able to get approval to be financed! The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

The service was good. The only thing negative issue was that I couldn't used the Maintenance Service Plan that I've purchase from Chevrolet/GMC from a different dealership Chevy Dealer. I was under the impression that I could used the MSP at any Chevy dealer, but I guessed not.

Even though I haven't had for very long, I love my car! It drives like a dream and it looks marvelous! Not to mention that it's my favorite color RED!!
