It's been 5 month since I got my Type R, and it was the right choice for me . It might be for everyone so I recommend taking a test drive if the dealer let's you and get your finance done ans shop around for MSRP. I had no problem driving 1400 miles round trip and wasn't beat driving the car. This is a keeper for sure.

Byers Mazda was a very friendly dealership. We were greeted pretty quickly the various times we were at the dealership. There was a little confusion as to what car we were interested in when we first arrived for an inspection and test drive that we had scheduled, but once that was straightened out it was a pleasant experience. Employees were professional and helpful. Our sales representative was John Bechtel. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in ... a Mazda CX-9 ... and took a great deal of time to demonstrate the many features and answer our many questions. John was very easy to talk to, and didn't pressure us or make us uncomfortable. I feel we arrived at a fair deal and a good value. Completing necessary paperwork was probably the least enjoyable part of the experience, but it wasn't unpleasant and there was not too much pressure by Finance to add additional items or coverages. I would recommend Byers Mazda.

Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

I don’t mind going to Toyota West at all. Very busy place and everyone is friendly. The service is done quickly as expected. I just take my crocheting and before I know it my car is done. Their showroom is big and there’s lots to do even if you don’t have projects to work on. There’s a gift shop, free popcorn, bottled water and snacks available. TVs to watch. Or shop for a new car. The technician keeps you updated on the progress of your car and anything they find or don’t find. Even when it’s done. All on your own phone. I enjoy going there. You can even get your car washed. Or not. There’s not to many places I know of that takes care of you and your vehicle like that. Even buying a car is a breeze. I should know, I bought my car from Toyota West. Even trading in your car is hassle free. They give you an upfront value for your car and it seems to be a pretty fair deal. I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I have been coming to Byers Toyota for over 10 years for service on my 4 Runner and the service dept is also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Byers Toyota!

Stopped by to have my Outback serviced. Service department was great, as they always are. John was my service advisor. Super helpful and kind. I had a leak in one of my tires and they patched that up for me along and took care of my other maintenance all in about an hour. Sent me text updates. This is my fourth Subaru from Byers Airport. I continue going back and recommending them to friends and family because the buying experience and the care they provide for your maintenance is top notch.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
