This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider Koons GMC in Vienna. I would happily send any of my friends, family, or colleagues here. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I had been shopping around for an Audi and had a great experience with this dealership. Chris was informative but not pushy. Car was priced well. They worked through a unique buying situation for me and we came to a deal. Finance was easy to go through and didn?t take forever like most experiences. Facility was clean, inviting and everyone was friendly.

I never drove a Subaru before and I am so happy with this car. It handles well and is great on gas!! It has many safety features! I wanted an SUV that had all wheel drive that you can use over 25 miles per hour in snowy conditions. This car has that! Really happy with my purchase!

I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Buying a new car can be an extremely stressful transaction, but with these guys the entire experience was smooth as silk. This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.
