Volkswagen of OcalaReviews
Volkswagen of Ocala review
After much research, I found, what I felt to be, a good deal on a used car. I drove from from Orlando to Ocala intending to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. I test drove the car, liked the way it drove and purchased the vehicle. Because my wife could not drive the vehicle home, I pulled a trailer from Orlando to Ocala and towed the car home. After getting home and unloading the car, I realized that there was no sound from the radio, phone, and nav. I had forgotten to test the sound system when I test drove the car. I called my salesman, Mike "Irish" Bedaw to see if there was anything he could do. He spoke to his sales manager, also named Mike, and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at the issue. I returned the car late afternoon on a Tuesday. On Friday morning, Irish called and told me the car had a faulty Amp which was replaced at no charge to me. Even though I had to make 3 round trips from Orlando, I was very pleased with the way this situation was handled and with the way that my wife and I were treated. I have lots of experience dealing with car dealers and never as positive as this. Very pleased with VW of Ocala.

Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala VillagesReviews
Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala Villages review
Great dealership. I found a used, low-mileage 2020 F 150XL on cars.com after Mullinax Ford in Orlando sold one that I had an appointment to test drive while I was on the way to the dealership! I texted Gary Yeomans Ford and Hunter Graf almost immediately called me back and said their F 150 was still for sale and that we could come up to the dealership the next day to test drive it. My wife and I went to the dealership, were greeted by Hunter and test drive the 2020 F 150. The truck was in beautiful shape and we purchased it. Oscar Martinez in finance was very professional, helpful, and we closed the transaction quickly. On the way home with our new truck the "check engine light" came on. I called Hunter and we drove it back to the dealership and they investigated the engine code and determined it would take quite a while to fix. Hunter gave a brand new 2026 loaner Ford Expedition Activ. The Expedition was state of the art and a joy to drive. A few days went by and I called Hunter about my F 150s repair. They discovered that the catalytic converter was faulty and replaced it free of charge under their Used Card Does Certified Blue Warranty. Chris, who is a service advisor, was awesome to deal with. He found that Ford had installed the wrong catalytic converter on the truck when it was built in Kansas City! The truck was fixed and they gave me a detailed invoice which outlined what they did. Everyone we dealt with at Gary Yeomans Ford was courteous and professional and great to deal with. They have great customer service skills and I would be glad to any buy from them again.

Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala Villages review
The entire buying experience was extremely satisfying. Joycelyn and DJ were a pleasure to work with—professional, honest, and never high-pressure. Our negotiations were friendly and respectful, and I’m extremely pleased with both the process and the outcome. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would enthusiastically recommend Joycelyn, DJ, and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Sam Brown was our salesman at Pearson Nissan Ocala. This is our second Murano we bought from him. Sam is a person with exceptional people skills and extremely knowledgeable in car sales and about the cars in general. His demeanor is very calm with no pressure to buy or lease. We look forward to seeing his friendly face when we walk in. Definitely an asset to Nissan Dealership. He keeps up with our birthdays and calls to wish us well during holidays. He is a keeper!!!!

Jenkins Hyundai of Homosassa review
Great staff and service. No pressure sat and talked what we were looking for did our research for what we wanted. Greeted by secretary, Parry. Friendly and cheerful. Met Geovany, sales, friendly and listened for what we were looking for. Found the car we were interested in and met Sergio, manager. Says he would give us the best deal. I inquired online about the Sante Fe we were interested in; it was parked outside waiting for us. Bob, sales, had already gassed it up and brought it over. We did the test drive; it was a used 2020 it was immaculate in and out. Sergio gave us a good deal; 1st time we ever at a dealership that we didn't have to haggle for price. They were all like family and treated us as. The most pleasurable car experience ever. Geovany called a couple of time to check on us and to make sure we were happy with the Santa Fe. The only downside was the battery was original from 2020. They do a complete check up on their used car/trucks and bring all maintenance up to date. Detailed it and special coated it to keep love bugs easy to clean. When I informed Giovany about the battery, they replaced with a new one, Service manager met me at the door and took it right in, no wait. Really can't say enough about them, they now have a customer for life. They kept us hydrated with sparkling water with all the talking and joking going on. Thank you all. Bob/Marie

Pearson Nissan of Ocala review
John Peoples and Caleb assisted in my trade for a ford Maverick. Both were very knowledgeable and forthcoming, resulting in a trade that I hope was advantageous to both parties.

Sullivan Buick GMC TruckReviews
Sullivan Buick GMC Truck review
My experience at Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala Florida was nothing short of exceptional. Car shopping is typically associated with stress and anxiety, but Sullivan GMC Buick managed to completely redefine the process, making it an enjoyable and even fun experience. Stephen, my salesman, displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge, ( ok, maybe not “high level” LOL, but he was nice), making sure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire journey. He went above and beyond to cater to my needs and preferences. However, the real standout at Sullivan GMC Buick was Anthony, the finance expert. His expertise and dedication were truly impressive. Not only did he guide me through the financial aspects of the purchase seamlessly, but he also added a touch of delight to the whole process. Anthony's exceptional service deserves special recognition, and I believe he should be duly rewarded for his outstanding performance. Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala stands out in the automotive industry for its commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and want a top-tier buying experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Sullivan GMC Buick. Your search for a reliable and enjoyable car-buying experience ends here.

Purchase experience stress free. Knowledgeable salesperson and staff. Great service team as well. The experience of having to leave a minimum word count for this review is more stressful than purchasing the car. (Hint hint) Tx!

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram BrooksvilleReviews
Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Brooksville review
very good selection. My new renegade had 2600 miles, looked new.Upon inspection at home, underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit, jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire, but unable to use my jack. Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade, good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

Sales staff was polite and courteous. Explained the vehicle very well and was not high pressure. He did do follow up as stated he would but we could not come to a deal on that truck.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!
