I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. I sent a request and literally within minutes Stewart in parts emailed me the receipt. It has to be the worlds record. I have forgotten how good they are.

Al Khan Wad my dealer at south country lexus branch. just from talking to him on the phone I felt his honesty and dedicated care. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent salesman! He made buying a car fairly fast and upbeat. It was not stressful at all. I really appreciate this, as other dealerships were not so attentive or kind.

Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Adam Martinez my service representative was excellent, he kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was in for a recall. They performed an inspection of the vehicle and determined that I needed to have an alignment which they took care of. Was all and all a good experience.

I had a good experience here. I was helped by Daniel and ultimately closed the sale with Basir. My experience purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz from Lexus of Portland was great. He is an absolute gentleman, offering a way to sell and guide you as we should expect to receive with any dealer.
