We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

In the performance category, it needs to have the gas mileage up since they went to a V6 dual turbo you ought to be knocking on 25 miles to gallon like the Chevrolet’s in the Fords,, as far as driving performance it’s great. It’s just the gas mileage. It’s suffers, and I drive at wild.

Mike was my service manager and he was great I was very emotional and crancky and not kind and he was very paitient with me. He worked on my car quickly and was very happy inspite of his ruff day

Best experience by far. We had Tom Shields as our salesman and from the moment we walked on the lot it was like working with a friend. He was very helpful by answering all of our questions and when it came to purchase price it was by far the best price on the car. Nate Casper in finance was amazing and even helped to change us from a lease into purchasing the car when he could see that it was better to purchase rather than lease for us. I spoke with a couple of dealerships and decided to purchase my 2012 991 from Ken Garff. The salesperson I dealt with the entire time was Daniel Eastman. If you want to buy a Porsche, he is the gentleman to deal with. Very attentive, respectful and polite. He takes the Porsche brand to another level of professionalism. I purchased my vehicle from Ken Garff in Utah even though I am located in New Jersey. It takes trust in order to make a long distance transaction work and with Daniel it was easy to build that bridge. If you are interested in purchasing a Porsche Daniel is the person to speak to.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Excellent service on my Highlander. Andrew in the service center gave me a reasonable quote and the work was done above my expectations and the quoted price was honored. We will continue to use their service.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful.
