2025 Jeep Gladiator review
My THIRD Jeep Gladiator. Listen, if you want a light duty truck, look at "light duty" trucks to compare... The Gladiator is the ONLY one that even at base model COMES 4x4, COMES with solid front/rear axles... Comparing the equal classes, it has the best in class towing and payload; bang for the buck, your money is better spent on the Gladiator. If you want amenities, you can of course get them fully tricked out with every feature you could want. All I will say is yes, it rides like a "truck", but my interest is truck first, everything else second. If you want luxurious ride and the feel of sweet comfort, buy one of the others, their truck abilities are SECOND, the Gladiator is a TRUCK first. I have hauled everything with mine; trailers pulling vehicles, lumber, hay... Light duty truck, Gladiator.

2025 Jeep Gladiator review
For a "light duty" pick-up truck, I would rate the Jeep Gladiator #1, I am on my third. The Gladiator is still a TRUCK; payload, towing, solid axles front/rear, manual 4x4 standard on all models, ground clearance, all surpassing any other light duty truck on the market. Please do remember, it is a "Jeep/truck" first, meaning, if riding like a Cadilac is important to you, then buy a Cadilac, the Gladiator does ride like a truck. If you are wanting a light duty truck, a Gladiator surpasses all others in the criteria of being a TRUCK. However, it is still VERY well outfitted with amenities such as leather, heated seats, heated steering, full Apple/Android, LARGE screen, exceptional safety features. My comparison has been made having owned every other truck on the market at least twice if not more.

2026 Chevrolet Equinox review
The Equinox is a nice SUV, that can be fully loaded and still not break the bank. My Equinox has full power, A/C & heated seats, sunroof with a fully, customizable, large display panel. The rear seats are also heated and comfortable to ride in with plenty of room. The heated steering wheel wraps up the luxury. The engine is a little anemic with a 1.5l turbo and FWD with the CVT transmission. With one person, it is okay, but as you add people, the engine bogs down. However, the mpg whether loaded or not are fantastic with my average of 26mpg consistently. The ride is very comfortable and it competes with many luxury brands for comfort and ride. The design and sleek front end make it a very attractive drive. I would say that if you are looking for a fully appointed vehicle in the crossover size SUVs that won’t break the bank, check out the Equinox. Whether a daily driver, a small family or traveling, this platform provides high comfort and good quality that competes in this marketplace.

Andrew Holzgrove didn’t try to sell me a car—he helped me solve a problem I purchased two Certified Pre-Owned Volvos from Volvo Cars of Austin, and I can honestly say that working with Andrew Holzgrove was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I originally came in looking for a second vehicle for my family. I also knew that I would eventually need to upgrade my older XC40, but I assumed that would be a separate decision six months or more down the road. My expectation was to solve one need now and deal with the other later. As I explained the full situation to Andrew, he took the time to understand both needs, my priorities, and the financial boundaries within which I wanted to make the decision. He did not immediately begin trying to sell me a particular car. He listened first and then started exploring whether there was a responsible way to solve both problems together. Andrew worked through different combinations of vehicles, trade-in value, pricing, model years, mileage, financing, and long-term value. With his help, something I had expected to handle in two separate stages became possible in one transaction, without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable with the decision. He did not simply try to maximize the sale. He worked to optimize the entire decision around my family’s needs, my financial comfort, and the value of both vehicles. When I was uncertain about purchasing one vehicle versus two, Andrew patiently explained the advantages, disadvantages. He gave me the information I needed to make my own decision and never tried to make the decision for me. I work in sales, so I understand that Andrew has goals and responsibilities to the dealership.
