All staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I had my dog with me and they were kind enough to bring out water for him. My sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle and addressed all my question and concerns. The test drive went very well and had a nice mix of around town and freeway driving. Ultimately we couldn't come to a price on the used Maserati but the door is still potentially open for a deal. We'll see. I'd recommend at least talking with them.

Although $920 now for a 20,000-mile service on my 2016 Macan seemed (close to) exorbitant. I plan to send work list to a family friend who worked at a Porsche dealer. Outside temp gauge for SUV is laughably bad and mine corresponds with what other owners say. I also have suspected that ambient temperatures in Deutschland may be a factor, which makes little sense, but Macan owners do wonder why there is still no fix. I stopped in to test drive a GT4, one of the few dealerships around that would even allow me to test drive. At the end of the test drive, they gave me a tour of the facility. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the brands, and they took into consideration my preference, I ended up talking to the McLaren rep (Zeb) about a McLaren. Went in for a GT4, let a McLaren fan and now they are helping me source one. Solid dealership all around.
