BMW of SpokaneReviews
BMW of Spokane review
Lucas provided an outstanding experience throughout the vehicle purchase process. His attention to detail, authenticity, and professionalism were evident from start to finish. He conducted himself with integrity and care, and was a true gentleman in every interaction. In an era where many transactions feel impersonal and purely online, this experience stood out as genuinely human and thoughtful. I felt truly valued and well cared for as a customer. Lucas, his colleague, and the entire BMW team went above and beyond expectations by delivering the vehicle directly to my location, taking significant time away from their workday, and making me feel welcomed as part of the BMW family. I am sincerely grateful to Lucas and the BMW team for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Findlay- Lexus of Spokane was great experience. Irvin helped me with my purchase every step of the way. He explained to me my car needed service before I could drive it home. They had to wait for a part that took a few days longer than anticipated. I am glad Irvin, James, Noe, Aaron, and Kevin helped me with my acquisition. They are top notch professionals! They truly care about the customer's concerns. Thank you so much for your service! Respectfully, David Wood Coeur d'Alene, ID

Brady, the salesman, was super helpful and professional. Even when we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, he helped us with a totally different situation we had. He has kept in contact with us through the process and is super easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to other people as the didn’t make us feel like we were working with “pushy used car salesmen”. Thank you for making this experience as easy and positive as possible given the circumstances!!

AutoNation Subaru Spokane ValleyReviews
AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley review
My daughter bought her Crosstrek in 2025 from AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley. She told me how impressed she was with the salesperson and everyone who helped her — they were incredibly honest, kind, and genuinely professional throughout the whole process. When it recently became time for me to replace my own car, I remembered what she had said. I stopped by the dealership just to take a quick look, but the friendliness, professionalism, and integrity of the staff won me over, and I ended up buying a 2026 Outback. Now that I have it, I absolutely love the car. This is my seventh vehicle, and I had always stuck with GMC, but Subaru has truly impressed me. And if you’re considering a Subaru, I strongly recommend AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley.
2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
I am so pleased with this car. I had a Forester for 10 years which I loved and lost unexpectedly (murder by tree). Never considered a Crosstrek back then but this one feels like the car I should have had all along. Sporty, pretty, comfortable, all the bells & whistles I need both in terms of safety and also technology. I was not shopping for a new car. My Forester had served me perfectly fine for 10 years, and would have for 10 more, but I am quickly falling in love with the new kid. Subaru is such a solid workhorse. If you want a long term ride at a fair price, with safety features and the fun stuff, too, this is it.

Went in for an oil change (for a non-BMW vehicle that was purchased from the dealership). They were super nice, opened on time, Michael (and the young woman who moved my car, I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry!) were pleasant, the waiting area was clean and comfy, and while it’s not an express oil change, I knew that ahead of time. I was fine to wait, and I didn’t even have to wait as long as I thought I might! Then they washed my car, which my baby definitely needed. Overall, a lovely experience!

Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Post Falls review
We have always had our ‘17 Cherokee serviced at Findlay. There was only one problem with charges, and that was taken care of in a timely manner. Garrett is great! He’s very anxious to help and keeps us informed and updated. He has the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Definitely a positive asset to the company. Kudos! So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

Top notch service from everyone I dealt with. Jacob, Pauline, and Lucas. Not my local dealership as I live outside of the Spokane area, but the level of service and follow up from all involved in the transaction made the experience easy and hassle free. Will use them again in the future.

2026 Ford F-150 review
F150 XLT Surprised by how smooth the ride is. It’s quite up front but I hear road noise from the rear of the truck. Seats are comfortable and the rear seating is massive. I can’t believe how much space there is back there. I am very impressed with the mileage and power from the 2.7 Towing is easy for the 2.7 which did surprise me. It tows my dual axle travel trailer with ease. But gas milage while towing is not good. The sync 4 system still needs improvement. It works well but is not intuitive. Things that should be easy to find are not well optimized. The steering and handing is very relaxing but the brakes are extremely touchy. Just the weight of you shoe will surprise you. All in all it’s a very nice experience driving this truck and it feels well built. I have approx 3000 miles on it now and no issues. And that includes towing my travel trailer. This from a former GM fanboy…..

Great service from manager and team. I highly recommend getting your Jeep from this dealership
2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.
