He made sure my family and I felt comfortable, never pressured to make a purchase. As well as our financial rep I forgot his name but he was Salvadorian. I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.

Merwan especially goes above and beyond — he even brings out new and used cars for me to check out from home . I’m still taking my time and browsing at my own pace, but overall it’s been a solid experience and I appreciate the patience and help from him and the whole team.

Even though I haven't had for very long, I love my car! It drives like a dream and it looks marvelous! Not to mention that it's my favorite color RED!!

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Great service. They always have a package deal for oil changes. I feel like the service is fast. Saturdays are a little busy but other than that, no issues.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I didnt end up purchasing the car but the internet sales rep was happy to help with any questions regarding the car i was looking at. Great customer service.

I was looking for a specific Car, a 2018 Jaguar XF SportBrake (Wagon) Nationwide since there have become pretty rare, there are really no 2019's in the country, and Santa Barbara had the exact one I wanted, every available option. They had the only 2 I have seen with every available option. I decided to go with the CPO one since it had the extended Certified warranty, in addition to factory warranty of course, and only had 375 miles on it. They even let me extend the CPO warranty by 1 years so now I'm covered for 6.5 years. The price was already such a great deal, much lower than any others I found and this one had more options, I didn't even try to negotiate and I usually like to try and negotiate on everything. Dealing with Don L. was such a pleasure, I'm in Denver so had to buy this without seeing it in person, he sent me many pictures and videos in addition to the many online pictures I could already see from the ad. He stayed in touch constantly either by phone or text, even on his days off during the week. without me asking he made the sure was loaded carefully by the car hauler when they arrived on a Saturday, his busiest day of the week, but still made sure mine was taken care of. I was able to make the deal quickly once I decided to buy and process was very easy. It was only about a week and half from the time I decided to buy until the Jag was in my garage.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

When I first drove this truck I fell in love with it. I am recommending this truck to everyone I know. It’s got great power and it is comfortable. It rides surprisingly smooth.
