I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

I was first leaning toward a mazda 50, but when I decided on phev due to my numerous trips under 10 miles, I was drawn to 25 escape phev. Great level of standard features. Very shopable, very good discounts. I keep hearing how it has inferior interior materials, but honestly, my camry was not as nice. And as far as comfort, i love the upright tall sitting position, its a personal preference. The standard screen is great, very friendly. My electric range, set at 90% is around 24 to 28 miles. Not bad at all. Road trip with no plug in was 38 mpg. Nice transition toward all electric.

Representative informed me that my warranty hadn't expired and that it was good until 2027. I had purchased another warranty, and he explained that I needed to cancel it and get a refund.

I walked into the dealership & was impressed by how nice it was. Then I saw something that I haven't seen before, a very nice saleswoman named Tori Williams. In all the years that I've been buying a new car I have never dealt with a sales woman so I picked her to help me partly because I wanted to see just how knowledgeable she was about the vehicles. I am a very picky about what I wanted I'll admit that so I was curious about how she would accommodate me. She was wonderful. Very nice & patient and no matter what I asked she had an answer. I looked at the vehicle I was interested in & then told her I would think about it. After spending an hour with me I thought she might be a little upset because she spent all that time with me and I ended up leaving without buying a car right then. She could tell I was a little apprehensive about committing to a car payment for a new car versus buying u used car. She was very understanding tho & I left to think about it. Later in the day she called me and told me she had found all these rebates for the Escape & how much they would give me on my trade in &I was impressed & elated. She had made it possible for me to afford the new car that I wanted. She even had it in the color I wanted. I told her I would be there on Monday to get it. I went to buy it & she had all the paperwork read for me to sign then put on my plates and went over all the features patiently so I was completely comfortable with the new car when I left to drive home. There was no pressure on me by John the financial officer,to buy all the extras like all the other car dealerships I've dealt with. Tori Williams is the best car sales person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting & I sent my sister-in-law to her to buy a car. She was very happy with the help & bought her husband the vehicle he wanted. So bravo Lou Fusz for having a woman sales person. I'm recommending her to everyone. She's patient, she really cares & there is no pressure. What a breath of fresh air.

The ease of making the appointment and picking up my car. Now I get my oil changes done at Weber now. They are literally faster than going to Jiffy Lube.

Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

I was working with this dealership back in September 2024 and was looking for a traverse In within two days of asking, John Cushman found the traverse with everything in the exact color I wanted. I looked all over Columbus for it and couldn’t find it. He bent over backwards to help me now we are going to look for a 2025 new truck And I’m sure we will have him look around and find the truck that we want since he was so helpful with finding us our traverse. He was able to help me out on my used 2013 Ford Focus having clutch issues and get me back on the road... my original dealership told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I took it over here and I wish I went here way sooner. After only having my car for a day, I could tell they were doing more work than my original dealership ever did. They found my "shuttering" issue and was able to get it fixed after a battle with Ford in approving the repair. They also found issues that my original dealership missed/caused. They took care of me- instead of a 5000 dollar job, it only resulted in 440 dollars. Tyson was excellent and I felt like he knew what he was doing the whole time. He kept me in the loop and explained everything perfectly. I never once got an impression he was trying to screw me or run a fast one on me- it was the exact opposite. I bought a 25 Ranger Raptor in March 25. Best most fun vehicle I have ever driven. Rear coil springs give a very compliant ride without the harshness of leaf springs. Very powerful engine, smooth ride, easy to maneuver, highly adjustable directly from the steering wheel.
