Exceptional Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Draper Working with Andrew Plumer, General Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Draper, completely restored my faith in the car-buying experience. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted — a specific exterior color and a very hard-to-find interior color — and those were the only things I was not willing to compromise on. Even though the Draper dealership did not have my exact color combination in stock, Andrew took the time to truly listen to what mattered to me. He never tried to push me in a different direction and instead reassured me that he would continue searching until we found the right vehicle. From the start, we worked transparently through the numbers. I came in informed about the incentives Mercedes-Benz was offering, and I was pleasantly surprised to see every applicable incentive already included in the initial paperwork — no pressure, no games, and no need for me to ask. That level of honesty immediately set Andrew apart. I’ve had a negative experience at another dealership in the past and honestly told myself I would never work with another dealership or salesperson again. Andrew completely changed that for me. He was patient, kind, and never once became frustrated — even knowing my expectations were specific and non-negotiable. Andrew, along with Corey, truly went above and beyond by locating my exact vehicle at a Mercedes-Benz dealership out of state and making it happen. This was, without question, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

2026 GMC Terrain review
We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

2026 Ford F-150 review
