Folsom Lake Ford review
If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. Thank You Luis for an extremely pleasant experience!!

Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.

Folsom Lake FordReviews
Folsom Lake Ford review
We just purchase a 2020 Ford Explorer ST from TREVOR PARK at Folsom Lake Ford. Trevor took the time to go over every possible feature and was so knowledgeable! We were impressed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely patient, respectful and professional! Overall our purchasing experience was one of the best we've experienced, everyone is very friendly and greets you with a smile. The assistant sales manager "Kentucky" went above and beyond as well. If your looking for a great place to buy a vehicle, definitely go to Folsom Lake Ford and see TREVOR PARK he certainly will not disappoint!
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

Smoothest process of buy a vehicle I have ever experienced. Everyone is helpful and friendly, from the sales to finance to service. No complaints whatsoever.
2026 GMC Canyon review
This purchase was a replacement for 2022 Honda Ridgeline. While the Canyon is much stronger when talking about the motor it lacks some the little extra details like cabin and tail gate storage. This truck is a bit less stable on the road when it is windy and it definitely consumes more gas. But overall it is a great mid-level truck, feels strong and looks great

Normally this is a very anxious experience, but Shak and Sohail went out of their way to get me in the exact car I wanted with a good price and interest rate. Woodland Motors review
I just want to share how much I appreciate Woodland Motors. My salesperson, Denario Tatmon, was truly a pleasure to work with. He never pressured me at any point—he really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and took the time to research options within my price range. He found exactly what I was looking for and had it ready for me the very next day. Denario walked me through the entire car-buying process, breaking everything down in a way that made it easy to understand. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. This was my first time purchasing a car completely on my own—no co-signer, no husband handling things for me, just his support in the background. It was a big moment for me, and Denario made it a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Woodland Motors—I absolutely love my new ride! 🚗✨

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Just bought a new ‘26 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. Lease was up on my ‘24 Cadillac Lyriq, which was a great car also. Love the 600+ range on a tank of regular gas, and the 35-36mpg. Very comfortable and love the huge windows and 360 cameras. Especially loved getting a great deal being end of year with the ‘27’s now out, with 0% financing & 3 months no payments……all made it a no brainer! Solid car, and feel good driving it. Rivals our other much higher cost vehicles in every way.

It was my first visit to Folsom Hyundai. They got me in for an appointment within a week and were able get me in and out in about three hours. They also gave me paper outlining my next PM visit at 60k miles with a list of tasks and approximate cost. All in all a great visit! Thanks

What a wonderful experience. Just purchased my Sierra 1500 Denali, from Vanessa on the sales staff. Stopped by after jury duty, and drove home in a new truck due to a deal that couldn't be passed up. Everyone on the Woodland motors team was professional and personable. Awesome experience!

Chase is very accommodating and was able to answer all my questions. He also provided updates in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. The price was a little higher than expected, but the area was very clean, organized, and well-maintained.

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

Where to I begin to explain how wonderful this dealership is? James Charm, my salesperson, was so understanding and patient. He took the time to explain everything I needed. I had some difficulties with the car I purchased and he resolved everything! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Bernard Bryant, the sales manager was so friendly and helpful. The staff seem to get along very well and the atmosphere reflexes this feeling. This was definitely a different car buying experience for me! The staff here will make sure you are happy with your purchase! Thank you Mesa Lexus. I love my car!
