2025 Ford Bronco review
With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid review
As a longtime Subaru owner, I was already familiar with the Crosstrek. I wanted a hybrid but didn't have the infrastructure for a plugin, so the new Crosstrek's use of the "traditional" hybrid system was already a motivating factor. The controls are intuitive and well laid out, the ride is very smooth, and the cabin feels designed for shorter drivers. (I test drove a Forester and for a person under 5'4", it felt like driving on a barstool.) The Limited trim also offered nice touches such as a heated steering wheel. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a compact SUV with all-wheel drive.

2026 Buick Enclave review
We have only had this Enclave for a few weeks, so I won't give it a full 5 stars, pending another 2-3 months of use. I do, however love many things about this suv. I love the size of it, not much difference between it and a higher priced Tahoe or Yukon, not comparing it to them, overall, but just on the physical available cargo room. I love the standard features, the exterior styling, the ride quality and even though it's only a 4 cylinder, it's surprisingly quick and responsive. I haven't noticed any noise from the engine inside the cab, as other owners have mentioned. The paint quality is great, as well as the overall build, time will tell. The interior and 30" diagonal driver's info screen is awesome. All three rows have some form of power, which is cool, too. We currently have a 23' model Buick Envision, with 50k miles and no issues, so I am expecting trouble-free ownership for years to come.

Our relationship with Piazza Hyundai began when we purchased our 2012 Santa Fe from Tiffany Selfrit. The entire process was low-pressure, and Tiffany was very knowledgable and asked just the right questions to ensure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. Since then, Piazza's excellent service department has converted me from a "car dealership sceptic" to a devoted client. I have always been treated courteously, professionally, and fairly when bringing my car in for service -- as if I were a valued customer. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to experience Piazza's dedication to their clients on a whole other level when we broke down in Maryland on a 3 day road trip. Our car was towed to another Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, where we had to leave it for diagnostics. We were assured that they would call us the next day to give us an update. We rented a car and continued our trip. Unfortunately, the Salisbury dealership did not call the next day (or since -- and that was 10 days ago!), despite our numerous phone calls to them. On the second day I called Rick Stubblebine, my service manager at Piazza. He immediately expressed concern and relieved much of our anxiety about the situation by offering to contact the Salisbury dealership personally to see what he could do for us. His assurance that "you aren't in this alone" was incredibly reassuring, and demonstrated to us his extraordinary commitment to his clients. Since then, Rick has continued to advocate for us, and has taken it upon himself to check in regularly with us and the other dealership. Although the problem has not yet been resolved, Rick's kindness and dedication has certainly made us #1 fans and future customers of Piazza Hyundai!
2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid review
I has never envisioned myself buying a Hyundai until I looked at them. I quickly fell in love with the looks of the Santa Fe and Palisade. I chose the Palisade because it was bigger and I chose the Hybrid because of the wonderful reviews I read about it. So far the car droves like a dream. I think it is a car that looks as good as similar mid size SUV's at a much higher price. And I know the reviews for reliability and performance are often better than the more expensive competitors. My only complaint might be all the high tech stuff I have to learn about it. But I think that is pretty much the same with all new cars these days. Bonus is my Palisade has a wonderful Bose system that sounds fabulous. Hyundai has won this GM abd Chrysler girl over!

2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

2026 Acura MDX review
A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. 2026 Kia Sportage review
Honestly one of the best vehicles I’ve owned so far. My Kia Sportage has been super reliable, comfortable on long drives, and surprisingly good on gas. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the ride is smooth whether I’m driving around town or on the highway. Haven’t had any major issues with it and it’s been a great daily driver overall. First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Had to take my 2022 Trax in for a problem with the rear window washer spray nozzle not working. The wiper was operating but no washer fluid was spraying out when needed. Found that the supply line was chewed open by probably a mouse that somehow made its way into the rear headliner. Not a warranty covered issue, but it was suggested to try to have the repair covered by my insurance. I checked with my agent and it was a covered repair. Made a 2nd appointment to have it fixed and was also offered a loaner vehicle since it may take awhile and I don't live real close to Outten. Car was repaired same day, and oil change also done. I have been reimbursed by my insurance so I was pleased with the repair and end result. This is a vehicle I am leasing from Outten.
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2026 Nissan Rogue review
I’ve only had my Rogue Platinum for three weeks so not much history, however, I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The comfort level is terrible, the ride is smooth. 2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is the most satisfying vehicle purchase ive ever made. From the fit and finish to the warranty its the total package. I will admit I was worried about the engine only being a four cylinders buy they did their homework. The turbo adds more than enough power. The sound of the doors closing says it all. 2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

2026 Ford F-150 review
