It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. Where do I start. I live 4 hours away in Hollywood Florida. And I have 3 VW Dealers near me. And St Augustine VW is the very Best. I have now bought 4 VW from them in 2 months. I love them. Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Great truck, here are the highlights: time-proven 2.3 turbo engine with tuning potential, overbuilt 10R80 transmission which is shared with the larger F-150, comfortable interior, excellent features, even on the STX/XL trim, roomy 4-door interior. Highly recommend this truck!

This is for the service department. So I recently brought my jeep in for routine service, and to address a couple other issues I was having, and I left there beyond impressed with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep St Augustine service department!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient!! I have been to several different dealerships in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received in my 35 year driving history!! They managed to do an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a sun visor and a new auxiliary battery for my stop start feature, in less than 1.5 hours.. I just can’t say it enough, how blown away I am with the excellence of this service department!!! I will never again drive anything but a jeep and I will continue to drive a longer distance just to get to them!! By the way, I was equally impressed with the car salesman and entire sales team when I bought my jeep last year!!

Took my 2023 Telluride in for my 30k service and Kari was my assigned service writer. She explained everything up front and gave me the costs I was going to incur. Received texts as my car went through the service process and when it was completed. My experience was excellent as it has been in past visits. My service tech, Szymon, is and has always been to courteous and helpful.

Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.
