We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. Great truck, here are the highlights: time-proven 2.3 turbo engine with tuning potential, overbuilt 10R80 transmission which is shared with the larger F-150, comfortable interior, excellent features, even on the STX/XL trim, roomy 4-door interior. Highly recommend this truck!

Hands down best service in town. Went in having no idea what I wanted and came out with a 2016 Ford Fusion that runs beautifully. Was not nearly as stressful as I had been anticipating, in fact it was very easy. Gerald Harman and the rest of the team were a tremendous help in getting me my new car. I am very thankful.

Great experience! I made an unusual trade of an r/v and the guys came to my house to look things over. Ended up trading the r/v and a car after receiving a very fair offer. Visited the dealership and Aaron spent a lot of time with me looking and road testing trucks. Found one I like and again made a fair deal. The whole process worked out perfectly.

I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.

Steven Kia went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle. Courtney was the main representative who remained in contact with me through the week, as my vehicle needed several things. I also was offered an Uber back to my home, since my vehicle was staying overnight.

I had an absolute fantastic experience working with my local Steven KIA dealer in Harrisonburg, VA. I had originally begun to look online on sites like Carfax and Autotrader, and found similar cars to what was offered at this dealership, but Steven KIA offered a more "fair price" compared to the dealers that I spoke with closer to NOVA. I worked with Miss Jaimie, but every time I arrived at the dealership, everyone I spoke with was friendly, hospitable, and seemed passionate and knowledgable about their job! As a first time car buyer, and a woman, I felt 100% comfortable conducting my business here!

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.

We were just browsing around for a new economical vehicle as I drive alot of miles everyday to work. The wife stopped in first and was treated NOT as a unknowledgeable female, as many car dealers do, but rather as a knowledgeable person who was in search of a new vehicle (Thank you Mr. Robinson). Mr. Robinson asked her what she wanted and worked with her towards HER goal. Never once was he pushy or tried to sway her thoughts or opinions. Now our credit isn't great by any stretch, but he was able to secure a great interest rate, very low down payment and a monthly payment that was what you would expect with a superior credit score. All that was left now was for my hard headed (Alpha male) self to agree... Well we went back to the dealer and there was no B.S. involved. Mr. Robinson answered my questions with attentive respect, and our new 2019 Honda Fit is now in our driveway. Thank you Mr. Robinson and the rest of the players involved. You certainly have rewritten my thoughts about how a Superior Car dealership is operated. Customer first... We will never buy from any place else.

The process was excellent. My finance Sai took excellent care and gave great details making the purchasing aspect easy and transparent. My Salesman Rob was great from start to finish and he was very knowledgeable anout the car and safety features. He even delivered the car to my front Door. I am 100 with my purchase and the process.

Great car for the cost Only problem was that it is easy to pinch a finger with the door handles while opening and closing the doors

Recently I took my 2023 Honda Ridgeline in for my first servicing. I had my first oil change and had rain guards installed. My Service Tech was Angelique. Everyone that I have worked with in both sales and financing have been absolutely wonderful people to work with. Started out with Malik in the business office, then. Mark Valentino in sales and financing and then also Sai and Michael. I bought my car remotely and I will be traveling across country to pick it up. In a couple of weeks. We had an instant rapport and all of them commented on how much they have enjoyed working with me and that I've been really kind and friendly to them as well. So it's been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them. I found the car that I wanted through cars.com at their dealership.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.
