AutoNation Subaru is Carlsbad was exception in the buying experience of a pre-owned CRV. I was contacted by Ricky shortly after my Internet inquiry and the entire buying experience was pleasant and easy, finance manager Sean and Sales Manager Jaime were informative and throughout while also friendly and easy to work with. I can?t say enough good about this dealership. Thank you! Mind you I had just come from the most abhorrent experience at an actual Honda dealership and had to have the deal unwound. It was shocking that a manufacturer dealer (Honda) who sells their own cars could be so shady, then you have a Subaru dealer selling a pre-owned Honda with the professionalism and knowledge the other dealer lacked. Always a good experience working with the friendly and competent sales and service staff at Briggs Subaru in Topeka. We received an excellent trade-in value for our low miles 2022 Impreza when we traded for a 2024 Crosstrek, which we really like. We still have the 2016 Outback we bought from Briggs and it looks and runs like new with only 120,000 miles on it.

He is one the best sales person i have come across. He understood my needs, was caring and guided me on the sales process, was very transparent and worked very quickly on the sales process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Roger who is an extra-ordinary sales person. The manager and finance person were also equally good. It is a life a family at this Car dealership. Subaru Superstore of Chandler review
I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment we walked into the lot, Jack greeted us and ensured us if we needed any help they could assist. I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. From start to finish this was the least stressful car buying experience we've had and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru in the future.
