Like the Sales department the Service department is great, friendly and make you feel comfortable and satisfied with purchasing from GMC. My kids enjoy the waiting area, very comfortable and kid friendly.

After several weeks of detailed online research and visits to several dealers in Tucson and Phoenix, I recently bought a new Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars of Tucson. There was no pressure but a lot of clear info on the vehicle and the options I could consider. The test drive experience was smooth. The written offers were clear and my questions were answered quickly. The dealership was clean and very pleasant...loved the snacks. As a busy mom of three, I don’t have a lot of time for messing around when I need a new SUV! When my oldest, Branden, totaled our minivan, I knew that I wanted to finally get myself a little something special. I saw a bunch of advertisements online for the new qx60 and the sales team at Infiniti of Tucson was more than helpful with finding me exactly what I was looking for. They are truly one of the ‘best in the biz’ LOL. Infiniti has earned themselves a satisfied customer for life! Can’t wait until my next car purchase.

I rarely write reviews, (positive or negative), but I had such a great experience with this dealership, a welcome contrast to previous experiences. From my First contact with Tyrone to the finished paperwork with Zane, the friendly exchanges with Jarred, and the warm welcomes from Myda, I was treated well and always felt at ease. Chad was great to work with. He was patient, listened to what I was looking for, and never tried to suggest anything that didn’t fit my preferences or my budget. The preowned car that I bought came with a Carfax report, as well as the dealership’s own inspection report~no surprises! This is a classy place~ the showroom, the waiting room, and, most importantly, the attitudes and efficiency of the people that work there. So glad I dropped in!!

Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.
