We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Considering the fact that I didn’t actually have an appointment, I believe that I was treated with the utmost respect. The service rep put forth extra effort to help me with my problem. For that, I was and am still very grateful.

I didn't have a scheduled appointment but was able to drive up for an oil change and got waited on by Taylor. She was friendly, professional, efficient & communicated service findings & options. The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

Adrienne was absolutely wonderful she took care of every need we had and treated us like family. Latisha is also extremely helpful- they do what they say they are gonna do no problems or issues! Best service department I’ve found in years. Also have to mention Oliver- he came outside to make sure I was ok when some weirdo approached me from off the street asking questions. I’ll never buy or go anywhere else. Great place!

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

When I relocated to Beaumont in August 2024’ I was in need of a dealership that could service my Murano!! So I found Doggett took my car in and met Anthony my service tech!! And from that moment we developed a professional bond in regards to my cars!! This is the 3rd Kicks I've had. Each model I've owned has been better than the last. The upgrades by Nissan to this new generation of Kicks is awesome. The addition of the Moon/Sunroof is a definite improvement, along with the upgraded interior detail and the larger Infotainment center. The AWD height takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Plus, the feel of the road when driving is nothing less than amazing. This car rides just as good, if not better than larger vehicles. It's stability in the turns is incredible and I definitely LOVE the exterior color and trim.

Mason made getting service work on my vehicle go really very smooth with no issues. I had a question about how they did a couple of things during the work being completed and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle came up and explained everything. I have had my service work done at this location for last 6 years and they have always been very professional.

The repair job was great and covered by a warranty - but the wait was six hours - much longer than expected. If dealer knew it would be that long for that job, they should have told me in advance so I could have made other plans .

What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

Bought mine a month ago! definitely a huge upgrade. Kia really knocked it out the park with the k4! i have the gt-line in the white exterior! i’m obsessed. Get pricing point, i was stuck between this and the elantra i’m glad i choose this over the elantra, both are compact sedans but the kia definitely feels bigger and more tech and feels way more expensive than it is

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.
