Grabiak had my vehicle 2 weeks. When I drove 25 mi to take it in, the key fob buttons were not working. Replaced max amt of computer components. Car fixed? Went to pick up, wouldn't start. Battery dead. Not their fault even though the battery was fine when I drove it in. Hed to buy new battery. Not at Grabiaks, I wouldn't. Never going there again. Same for my son and his family and friends.
I'm always impressed with how friendly everyone is at Grabiak Chevrolet and its appreciated. The service department and mechanic were able to work with me to get my truck repaired how I wanted for a reasonable amount, it was a refreshing experience compared to visits to other dealerships.
I would recommend Monroeville Kia to everyone my man Marlan, Daquan(DQ) are the best they made the car buying experience unbelievable, reasonable and absolutely my easiest car buying experience ever love them.
I had a 2013 sportage, and never had any problems until my key got stuck in the ignition, and wouldn't come out, so I took it to Monroeville Kia, and the Monroeville Kia people were wonderful! Very professional, very helpful, and my salesperson, Larry was GREAT! I highly recommend this dealer to everyone one!

His name was Darius Singleton. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING. He took the time to go over every car we had in mind, down to the color and features. Once we decided on a car (we???ll several cars), he made it his mission to make sure we looked at everyone in person. He told us all the features in comparison to the previous car viewed. I had been in the market for a 2012 Shelby GT500 when I came across the Auto Palace Ad on Cars.com. I sent in a request for information which was responded to immediately by Steve Blackwell. We spoke a few times by phone and he was super helpful, even found financing that beat my bank by a large margin! I lived over 325 miles away so did a Fly and Drive with my 2 boys. Steve gave us the royal treatment and even arranged a ride to the dealership from my Hotel near the airport! We were even treated to a tour of the facility and of their private collection of Automobiles which was very interesting and extensive. The paper work was painless as everything was prepared and before we knew it we were on our way back home. The car ran flawlessly and even averaged 23 .8 MPG on the drive home. Not bad for a 550HP vehicle! I am super happy and offer a sincere Thank You! to the team at Auto Palace!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience buying a car at Suppes Ford! Dan ???Scooby???Skovensky was very helpful and answered every question and concern I had. He is really great. Patient, no pressure and easy going! Tim the business manager was excellent as well. He was very friendly and got all of the paperwork done quickly and smoothly. He was very good at explaining all service options available and was very helpful. Everyone I met or saw at the dealership was very pleasant and welcoming and I look forward to going back for all my routine maintenance which comes with the car. I highly recommend Suppes Ford to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!
Made it back to Cincinnati and had a blast driving my new 535i. Fantastic car! Thanks for taking the time to show me all the features of my vehicle and a solid deal. I have had many cars over the years and I must say this was the best experience I have had. Ben Kamnikar was exceptional! He went out of his way make certain I knew everything about my BMW. I love getting a new car but hate the pushiness and hassle that goes with it. This is why I drove the 6 hours one way to Johnstown, PA (I have a local BMW dealer but they do not know how to treat customers!). In my experience, car salesmen rarely know the product they are selling and focus more into selling you extra services. Laurel BMW and salesman Ben Kamnikar are the exception!
