First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
Noah greeted me in the car lot as I was looking, typical thing to happen at a dealership. However at no time while talking to Noah did I ever feel pressured, obligated or judged. That was a great feeling of relief and allowed me to enjoy my car buying experience unlike most sales members that I have dealt with in the past. Noah always got me an answer in a timely manner and never left me waiting or guessing. I truly appreciate everything. I???m a few days behind on giving him a review due to work obligations but anyone looking to buy a car, I will send his way first. Thanks Noah and the rest of your team.

We had a great experience shopping for a new car. Josh was our knowledgeable sales advisor and was able to find answers for all our questions. No high pressure selling like so many other dealers. The dealership wants to help you make a decision that fits your needs. This is definitely a dealer to come visit for a new vehicle.
I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.

I went in there with the goal of buying the charger that I have literally been reviewing for the past three weeks. Mark in Sales did a great job helping me with that. James the Finance manager also was great, very friendly and professional. Michael with management had great customer service and helped me as well. Kaleb and Austin were just nice and courteous salesmen in general. Very polite and just really cool, made me feel comfortable being there. I'm very big on customer service and they did an awesome job. By the end of this experience, I drove out in my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger that I walked in and said I wasn't leaving without. Oh and to add, I definitely did my price searching on 2018 chargers all around the Carolinas north and south and it had one of the lowest prices with the color and model I wanted! I recommend this dealership out of all of them, and I don't even reside in the Gastonia area. They have a huge variety so your choices are endless. If you want GREAT customer service along with a team of Professionals I suggest this dealership 100%. You guys did an awesome job, Thank you again!

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership! One of my friend's recommended Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I called and visited a few other dealerships before, and none were helpful. Then I decided to listen to my friend. I called this dealership, and I could tell the difference right away. They listened to what I was looking for, and were willing to help me with what I could afford. I hate car shopping, but I truly felt like I was dealing with friends. Especially Jeremiah, who helped me get a few extras added to my purchase at no extra charge. They were honest with me with all the details and pricing. I can say that everyone I dealt with made me feel like they were on my side, and let me leave with the best deal I could ask for. I will definitely send all my family and friends here!
