I was in today with the tire pressure indicator light on after putting air in tires. I was helped by a young service attendant by the name of “Q”. He was very polite and friendly and took care of me right away. This is exactly how a customer wants to be taken care of!! You should be very proud of this young man and he should be recognized for his customer service!!

I love the car and the look, however, I am not pleased with it. I purchased a new car because I did not want any issues with the a vehicle for a very long time. Besides the normal stuff like oil changes etc. within 2 years the automatic lift broke, the battery went out shortly after that and now the heat does not work. On top of that I have a leak on the passenger side, the ceiling leaks whenever it rains hard. I don’t get it and I’m upset that I have all these issues for a 2014 vehicle. It’s just not acceptable!
Infiniti of Dayton, and specifically, Jerome Smart and Zack Field, are superb in all ways. Have worked with Jerome in the past and he is a first-class person as well as an honest and very energetic and competent sales manager. And Zack, although I have have just known him a short time, is very supportive and knowledgeable about all products. A joy to work with.

Cruise control keeps Failing. Been into West Edmonton 3x each time they say they cant find any thing wrong. Are they waiting for the warranty to expire. So when it expires they can say F U?

With 4 kids, we need a vehicle big enough for our family and a couple of the kids' friends, as it always seems like we have the need to transport 8 passengers. The Armada has met this requirement and we couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle. It drives and rides beautifully. There is plenty of room for passengers and cargo. We love it so far!
Worked with Tucker Deitz, he had the car ready to go for the test drive, no pressure sales, answered all my questions and I believe I got a really good deal. Process was very simple and I was out of the dealership quickly, so far the car is driving like a champ!

From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.

I was a little concerned about fuel economy before purchase. Two trips of 400 and 500km in mountain terrain and city driving going and coming home and the average fuel consumption was 10.4 per 100 km...same both times and driving slightly over speed limits. Brand new and could improve with break in and with synthetic oil.....the fuel surprise made it a total satisfaction....well instrument buttons could be less confusing starting out.
I would like to say that the experience of my car purchase from your dealership was a nice experience! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted and placed with an AWESOME sales person. His name was Darius Singleton. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING. He took the time to go over every car we had in mind, down to the color and features. Once we decided on a car (we???ll several cars), he made it his mission to make sure we looked at everyone in person. He told us all the features in comparison to the previous car viewed. Car is great. For the money, size, and power a great buy. Other suv's in this category do not compare. Great all around suv. Interior styling is far beyond what we expected.

We purchased the armada because it was the cheapest compared to other full size suvs. The first week of ownership we’ve had intermittent starting and AC issues. Furthermore The interior is very plane especially on the SV model plus the entertainment system is very outdated. Gas mileage is bad but that’s to be expected for such a large vehicle. On the positive side, it handles very well for it’s size and very easy to drive.
Donna Keane of Inskip Mini is the best. I recently purchased my second mini from her. Schedule an appointment and get ready to own a fun all- around car. Donna is helpful, knowledgeable and personable......lots of positive recommendations from me

Bought the 2017 Armada Platinum. It's loaded, has every ergonomic, luxury and safety feature imaginable. A far better car at $42k used/ 20k miles than a comparable Infinity QX80.
Everyone was very pleasant! The entire buying process was relaxed and we did not feel pressured at all! Steven took his time helping us find the right car for our needs.
Nissan makes a great vehicle. Good buy.

Looked at many SUV’s. The Armada is a great deal for what you get. Very stylish design, third row seats lay just about all the way flat which is perfect for our two large dogs. Surprisingly the Armada drives like a mid side vehicle and also has plenty of passing power when needed.

I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.

This truck has been a great vehicle. Love the roominess and power. Doesn’t feel like I’m stuffed in there. Only a few inches shorter than a suburban. Very easy to park and drive. Power is all there when you need it. Only reasons for a 4 out of 5 star is the fuel economy, but I didn’t buy this a a soccer wagon I bought if for utilitarian purposes so I’m not really concerned with economy.
I bought this truck from out of state. The process went very smoothly with no bumps along the way. Everyone was very professional. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Bought this SUV new in 2013, now it’s 2018 and I’m still loving it. Bought it in Va. moved to Atlanta and have ridden it to Tx. Plenty of room gas mileage good for me. No problem with my armada. Only have a little over 17000 miles so far. Definitely a keeper.
It was a pleasure purchasing another new vehicle from this dealer. Cameron Stevens was my salesman. He was very well informed and attentive to my needs. I will purchase my new cars at O'Brien Motors. They are extremely easy to deal with and customer satisfaction is Number 1 with them.

This truck is a great value. It’s price is far less expensive then other full size suvs in its class. It’s so spacious and comfortable! I gave mine to my 17 yr old, so I need to get a new one. Consumer report and JD power has it all wrong, this is a great truck!
