People say this is a "love it, or hate it" car. Personally I love it. It has all the basic features I want in a car for an awesome value. At the S model I got a back-up camera, keyless entry, and AWD! (it also has Siri hands-free and Nissan Connect apps among others) And it's super fun to drive! It hugs corners on a windy road and peppy in the highways. Surprisingly comfortable seats compared to the other cars I've owned and it was no problem commuting to work for long periods of time. I've got great gas milage of MORE than 33mpg. It is recommended to gas up with premium fuel for best performance but it's worth it.
We searched the National Capital Region for the right vehicle at almost every Mercedes dealership in the area. This dealership not only found us what we were looking for but also gave great customer service, made sure every feature we wanted was included and made the deal exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be bringing our business back. A high class experience, but down to earth. We are so happy about our purchase.

This car is a top notch performer. Love the style and design and don’t forget the performance on the road as well. I can cruise in econo mode or go on the fast side in sport mode and do both in the comfort of my bucket seats chilling in the ac.
The buying process was easy. Facility was clean and spacious. Salesman was very responsive. Location was easy to find Website was well laid out and easy to navigate.

I love my 2013 juke so I bought one for my daughter.
Excelent car. Only problem is that it does not have a lot of room in the back for luggage etc..
So fun to drive. Love everything about it.
Would love it if Nissan would start making them again.

Not enough Nissan dealers. I had to drive oner 75 miles to find a dealer!

There are subtle differences between the years. Both are S models. I don't like the fact that the dash display on the 2017 cannot display miles to fill up and odometer reading on the same screen. One important difference is gas mileage. With the 2012 in AWD all the time it averaged about 25mpg. The 2017 is much better averaging 30mpg also in AWD all the time. Supposedly this increase is due to updating of the CVT transmission. Sadly, Nissan has decided to discontinue the Juke after 2017 and replace it with the Kicks, which has FAR less power and no AWD even offered. BIG MISTAKE, and I predict sluggish sales figures for the Kicks.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

It has everything I wanted and the perfect size for me. The turbo while driving in sport mode is impressive, wow. The ride is a little stiff but I expected that because it is sporty. The cabin is cozy but plenty of head room. Leg room in back is tight but 6'2, 300# person fit ok.
Plan on spending time reading your manual because the options are amazing. The SL AWD in Cayanne Red w/Black and Red leather is stunning! I dont know what else this car could possibly add to it. Good price, and value. Cargo space is adequate. So happy I finally found my perfect little red rocket! I'm 69, a widow, and love driving my new car. Still have much to learn but its awesome!
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

This car has met all of my needs. It's great on the road, sturdy, and has a great sound system. It's more of a "family vehicle" in my opinion but it does everything that you need it to. It has AWD, AWD-V heated seats for the cold months, and the exterior is nice. The only drawback is that the trunk is small.
Truly provided the most caring customer service of any dealership I've ever visited. Julius made sure we were happy and satisfied with our new Jeep Wrangler. I will only buy my future Jeeps from Criswell because of Julius and the staff. Leon, our sales consultant, was fantastic. Always pleasant and knowledgeable, he got us into the right vehicle. Thong, in finance, was great as well. He structured our deal perfectly. Everyone we had contact with was incredible. My profound thanks.

Great gas mileage, fun to drive, its everything I need. I call it a mini SUV . It even has hidden storage under the hatchback. I love it.

I have owned a used 2012 Juke 1.5dsl for 18 months. The cars build quality is poor all round. The upholstery is particularly bad, the drivers seat showing more wear than my wife's 2006 ford fiesta. The alloy wheel finish is poor showing signs of corrosion in the wheel nut recesses. The car drives very well and has a good torque, looks good, but finish is a let down.
Just recently purchased a vehicle at Honda of Chantilly, from the moment I stepped foot into the showroom, I felt the friendly/inviting atmosphere. My salesperson, "MR" Michael Reeves assisted me in reaching my goal and made everything very simple. I highly recommend Honda of Chantilly!

I got my car two years ago and still love it just as much as I did they day I got it. It is very reliable and comfortable.
What a refreshing experience compared to the crooks at some of the other places!!! Just walk in and ask for John Clampitt for a NO bait and switch, NO ridiculous tacked on fees, NO run around, NO gimmicks, NO pushing you to something you don't want, and NO pressure car buying . Everything was fair and honest from start to finish. Johns knowledge of the cars they have is truly staggering. I must say so far my interaction with everyone there has been excellent! If only other places were this good I could have saved a week of my life not having to deal with clowns and crooks... I finally found an honest organization. I've gotten a straight deal at one other dealership, but they don't sell fords...

This is one of my favorite cars I've ever owned. It is on the smaller side, but my family of four go everywhere in it. The premium sound has been one of my favorite features.
Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Great gas mileage, front seat contour buckets, Rear view camera always visible. This car is mean for a single person or a couple, it has 5 seat belts but reality is at most you can get four. The back seat is cramped and getting in and out difficult.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

I love driving this car, unfortunately, there is just NOT sufficient room for a growing family.
It is fun to drive and the turbo will be missed once I replace the vehicle.
I bought my Juke Nismo brand new in 2013. Put 50k on it and plan to take it to 200k. It run flawlessly even with regular(87octane) gas most of the time. It is very efficient and handles very well. I even try one winter with awd lock everyday. No issue at all. I've been very please with the Juke but there is one fatal flaw with the Juke. And that is the fact that the Jukes cargo space is very limited. You really pay for the handling in that department. It's more of a daily driver to work and back than 2 kids and a stroller. But for anything else, the Juke is a joy; you just need to get used to its suspension if you're going for a nismo.
Great experience at Sheehy Nissan. Friendly, efficient and very helpful. Looking forward to working with Joey again very soon. This is the place you want to go when looking for a great deal on a great car.

I love this car. Its just my size. Its economical and inspite of the 4 cy linder engine has a lot of speed. Easy to park due to small size.
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

I was looking for something like a SUV but not too big and doesn't burn a lot of gas. When I first saw it I laughed because it looked funny. Then I test drove it and fell in love. It's a great car for someone who wants a little bit more room and will be reliable to get them to point A to point B.
Jordan is a personable and honest salesman who I would return to in a moment next time I need a car. Great experience overall. Always a little pressure from sales manager and closing to buy into every little thing they offer, but nothing you can't say "no" to if it's not for you.

I have absolutely loved this car. My car previously was totaled and was a crossover SUV so I decided I wanted something a little more sporty and slightly smaller and landed on the Juke. I love the sport feature in driving mode because it even tells you your G-Force when driving! I also love its super cute exterior!!
