Legend Nissan review
I went in expecting to buy out my lease but was convinced that a new lease was beneficial for me. The new Rogues don’t come with the standard features I was used to in my 2023 Rogue SL so I was ready to look elsewhere. They told me to look at the Platinum Edition even though it was more than I was willing to pay. I liked it but it wasn’t the color I wanted so they tried to find one at other dealers. When they couldn’t, they offered me a lease deal that was the same as the new Rogue SV. Done! They recognized my loyalty to this dealership and made me feel welcome and the paperwork was seemless.

Legend Nissan review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my car from Legends Nissan in Syosset, especially after dealing with other frustrating and high-pressure situations at other dealerships beforehand. Those prior experiences made me hesitant, but everything changed once I walked in here. Matthew Pisarz, the Sales and Leasing Consultant, was incredibly welcoming from the start and maintained a completely non-pressure approach that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer all my questions honestly and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Marissa Mahmood, the General Manager, was just as impressive—she went above and beyond to ensure all of my concerns were addressed and that I felt confident every step of the way. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care truly stood out. After my previous bad experiences, this was a refreshing and positive change. My daughter is getting her permit next year so I know that when the time comes they will take care of her car buying needs like they did mine.
2025 Nissan Kicks review
Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Route 23 NissanReviews
Route 23 Nissan review
When it comes to buying a car, we all know that customer service can make or break the experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Route 23 Nissan, and I must say, they truly lived up to their word. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a dealership handles those mistakes that speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Stephanie provided exceptional service that felt like true white-glove treatment. Despite my initial skepticism about a three-year-old car with only 5,000 miles, Stephanie's thorough knowledge of the vehicle's history put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, transforming my concerns into confidence. I also want to give a shoutout to Corey in finance. He took the time to explain prepayment policies and extended warranties, making sure I understood my options without pushing unnecessary sales. It was refreshing to receive genuine advice that felt beneficial rather than just a sales pitch. With two more leases ending in April 2025, I’m already considering reaching out to Route 23 Nissan again. Their inventory is truly impressive—not only did I see a Bentley GT in the showroom, but I also noticed a new model Land Rover Range Rover in the lot. It’s clear that they cater to a wide range of customers. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Route 23 Nissan stands out. Their commitment to owning mistakes and providing exceptional service makes them a dealership worth recommending.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The pricing was incredibly competitive compared to other places I checked, and there were no hidden fees—just honest, transparent deals. The customer service team was outstanding, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. I also opted for a lease, and the process was seamless. Plus, the warranty coverage gives me total peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a 2024 Nissan Altima from Nissan City of Springfield, and the experience was fantastic! Kyle was incredible to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect car. Deja walked me through all the Altima’s features and made the process so easy and enjoyable. The Altima itself is amazing—comfortable, smooth to drive, and loaded with great tech. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the service from Kyle and the whole team. Highly recommend Nissan City of Springfield!

Riverside NissanReviews
Riverside Nissan review
Mae is the best. When my lease was up in April purchasing the vehicle was the best way to go and she made the process so easy and always goes the extra mile. I brought the car for maintenance to the prior dealership where she worked for maintenance because it was closer to home but they wanted to include air filters. I texted Mae and she looked my maintenance record and said it was done in April and not necessary. Bottom line, she saved me $150 and I will go to Riverside Nissan for future maintenance

Well let’s just start off by saying I was very nervous, shopping for a vehicle because I haven’t needed one in over 15 years because of public transport. Walking into the dealership, I was greeted immediately by John, who was warm and welcoming. I explained to him my fears and he was understanding and worked thru them with me. The entire process was flawless and he was able to help solve every hurdle that arose. I will definitely be recommending him and the team to my friends. Thank you, thank you!!!!

Davis AcuraReviews
Davis Acura review
I purchased a 2021 RDX from Davis Acura. My sales rep was Glenn. My questions were handled by a pro. The test drive was thorough and pressure free. Glenn went over the safety features with me and made sure the car was had surpassed "Davis" quality before delivery. I would work with Glenn and the rest of the team again.

Nissan of Bayshore review
I had an amazing experience with Andy, my service advisor, and Jeff, the technician. They recently replaced my alternator, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Andy was professional, communicative, and made sure I understood everything about the repair. Jeff did a fantastic job with the installation—efficient, skilled, and thorough. My car is running perfectly thanks to their expertise. I truly appreciate their honesty and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend Bayshore Nissan and them for any automotive needs!
