My car wouldn't start. Icons lit up and noises occurred. I got it towed on a Friday to Destination Nissan. Chad said it needed a diagnostic but they were really busy. He said they might not be able to even get to it for a week and a half. However, bright and early Monday morning. He said they diagnosed it and found I needed a new battery. He called a few hours later and said it was all ready! Chad was great. I was so pleased that the problem was easily diagnosed and that the work was completed so quickly! Always a five-star experience. The waiting room area and bathroom is very clean. Staff always pleasant and professional and they have free bottle of water and coffee and popcorn. In the winter time my rear wiper blade they put it on for me the service technician and they're very knowledgeable if you ask any question. I see the salesman who helped me when I purchase my Murano he helped me put on the license plate in the rain and he always gives me warm greetings.

I just purchased a 2026 Nissan kick in February this year and it has 3,000 miles and it needs the axle replaced already. What happened? I wasn’t in a automobile accident with this car at all.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
