Bill Kay Downers Grove NissanReviews
Bill Kay Downers Grove Nissan review
I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

The service was excellent. I particularly want to express my appreciation for the work that Daniel did for me in terms of being my advocate. From a calendar standpoint my Murano was beyond the warranty, he was able to get some of the expenses covered by Nissan because of the low mileage.

Star Nissan - ILReviews
Star Nissan - IL review
We brought our 2018 Nissan rogue in for servicing at star Nissan on September 30, 2026. We asked for a multi point vehicle inspection, oil change, CVT flush, brake inspection, tire rotation, and to evaluate the recent battery draining we had been experiencing. It was found that oil was leaking from the engine and the front and suspension had concerns. Initially we, (my wife and I) were skeptical. The additional repairs would leave us without our car for several days. We were without our vehicle for nine days. I wanted to complain about the time it took to get our car back, but the service advisor was able to obtain a loaner car for us, so the wait was not horrible. After receiving our car back on October 8, 2026 we noticed an improved ride. We also smelled antifreeze while driving, but no leaks were noticeable. We are satisfied with the service from Star Nissan. We will return for future servicing.
