After a drive by a few days prior, I decided to stop in to the dealership late on a Saturday. Jesse greeted me at the door and was very informative about the MDX I was interested in seeing. I had never owned an Acura vehicle and was a bit skeptical until he started describing all the features the car had. Jesse was knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy, and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I made the decision to purchase, Jesse had things underway and ready upon my arrival. He and Aaron made the deal easy to complete. Overall, an Awesome Experience! Fyi ??? the dealership is the most modern I have experienced in town with it's amenities and relaxing atmosphere. Now I'm not dreading the service department as I have a good place to hang out if I decide to wait on my car.
I purchased an excellent used suv from them in 2016 and was more than happy to return to them for a second vehicle purchase 22 months later. All processes were clearly defined ahead each procedure and a most friendly sales member as their ambassador.
Rick Richardson (sales) and David Trevarthen (finance) were very helpful and great to work with. They listened to what we needed and had several suggestions to help us with the logistics of the purchase. Everything was very straightforward with no high pressure sales pitch. The whole process was very quick and easy and we got a great truck for a great price. I would definitely work with him again.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
The dealership was great from very beginning. I found my truck on the internet. Jamie contacted me very next day answered all my questions and sent pictures of the vehicle. Then salesman???s Jason was great to very knowledgeable and friendly would recommend highly. Thank you for a great buying experience.

Having endured bad experiences at a crosstown competitor, I appreciate their attention to detail and apparent level of personal care. The waiting area was bright and conducive for me to do work while waiting on them to finish. They were fairly accurate with their estimation of completion, which was fine by me, because I wanted them to prioritize quality work over timeliness. This was only my second visit, but I was pleased with the first one, and so far, I'm pleased with the second one.
The crew at Youngblood are friendly and take care of everything needing done on your vehicle. I highly recommend Youngblood???s service center. They are a trustworthy service center and make a point of greeting you by name.
Great experience. My husband and I will be back. We both felt like it was a different car buying experience dealing with the guys at the dealership. Everyone we talked to was laid back and friendly, and the manager guy (Ray) got us in and out after our test drive.
High Five to my Saleslady.... Tamera went way above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that I was looking at... Actually booted a Sales Manager out of the car for the night, to make sure it was at the dealership that evening for us to take a look at. Then, met me at 8:00 AM on her day off to get the deal across the finish line.
