Everyone was so kind and helpful! The price was exactly what they advertised with no hidden fees other than the ones they told us up front! We were out the door with my new Nissan Rogue in less than an hour! I would highly recommend this dealership! And as a bonus, they had a nice playroom with great toys that entertained my 2 year old grandson the entire time! Well done Gates Nissan!

Kristion Gleason was a pleasure to work with on March tenth. He listened to us and was most kind and considerate. We were not intending to buy a vehicle. He found one for us that was a peach! He did not pressure us in any way to buy a vehicle, but simply showed us what he had available. Kristion is a superior salesman! Keep him!

Don Franklin Nissan of Somerset review
We have purchased several vehicles during our 56 years of marriage, but we must say that the recent purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue at Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset, KY, has been our BEST EXPERIENCE of buying a vehicle. Cody is a great salesman. We explained to him what we were shopping for, and he proceeded to show us vehicles that would meet our needs. He did not pressure us at all; he treated us with patience, kindness and respect. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to many workers, who were also hospitable. Cody was extremely helpful to explain the features on our new vehicle with which we were unfamiliar. We strongly recommend that you ask for Cody when you shop for your next vehicle at Don Franklin Nissan Somerset. We are very satisfied with our experience!
