Ethan, in finance, was also very helpful, no high pressure tactics and he took the time to explain all the options without pressuring you into choosing some options you may not have needed or couldn't afford. Still under extended warranty, we took it to Nissan dealer where we bought it in 2013. .Keith could not have been better.
