Had a wonderful experience with everyone we met at the dealership expecially our sales representative Justin. My dad and I were not expecting to buy a brand new frontier today however we believe life is too short and when all signs pointed to yes this just feels right we did it and are glad we did!! MSB.
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved
After feeling like I got the run around from the sales guy there, Scott Harmeyer stepped up and took over and changed my mind and opinion of the dealership. He streamlined the process, and made the experience one that was quick easy and enjoyable. I didn't get the vehicle i wanted but very satisfied with the vehicle i got. Thanks Scott!!
although we never met in person, I felt like I was being treated as there best customer. Carly was open, an honest, slog with the rest of the staff I spoke with. My sister and brother in law who I helped with the purchase said they were super nice people and treated well! Thanks
I worked with Sherm, who was so down to earth and honest. He took the time to get to know me, and treated me like family. He asked questions to determine exactly what the right vehicle was going to be for me, and stayed within my price range. What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. I wasn???t expecting to walk out of there with a brand new Jeep Cherockee!
Ashley Ortiz was great to work with. She was patient and made it so stress free. I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue from her. I love this car. When I had trouble with the ???kick??? motion to open hatch, she sent me a little ???how to??? video (just for me)! Now I call that customer service.
Great customer service, comprehensive, kind, great atmosphere, sales man was very friendly I highly recommend Juan Jacobo as your sales man. I???ve been there plenty of times and I wish he could have been the only sales person we have worked with.
