Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. Initially my wife and I had just planned on purchasing a car for her since the lease on her current vehicle was due to expire. Chris Warr was the sales consultant who helped us when we arrived to test drive a few different models. My wife wasn?t really sure if she wanted an SUv or a truck. Chris was patient and friendly. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed to make a decision. He even went as far to take us to see a model that was being displayed for a car show so my wife could see all of her options. Ultimately she purchased a 2026 Terrain AT4. Every one we encountered was friendly, helpful and answered our questions and made the process of purchasing a car simple and as stress free as possible. I would like to mention Ben Gallegos for helping us with the additional accessories my wife wanted. Marian Ciubotaru for walking us through the financial side, he answered all of our questions and took the time to make sure we were clear on the paperwork and pricing. Frank Pereira was our initial contact when we scheduled our appointment. He was friendly, listened to our needs and stayed in contact through the entire process. We are definitely happy with our interactions, so much that I had an appointment the following day to purchase a Ford Bronco for myself and ended up canceling my appointment and purchasing a Canyon AT4X the following day. So 2 car sales in 2 days. All due to the treatment we received and to be clear feeling comfortable and not being bombarded with a heavy hand to make a decision until we were ready. We also believe we received a fair deal. In addition, I was not happy with the rims on the truck which was almost a deal breaker for me. Purely because I had a vision of what I wanted. Ben, Frank and Chris worked to find me options and Ben found the exact rims I was looking to purchase. We are taking both cars in on Friday for the accessories and they even made sure we have a car to drive while our new cars are being completed. We are grateful and not only will we be buyers in the future we will be sure to share our experience with our friends and family.
2014 Nissan NV Cargo NV2500 HD review
We have been running class 1-3 work trucks for 30 years. This Nissan is the best we've had, EVER. In terms of no-fuss, no repairs, nothing to think worry about. It's very comfortable on the highway. The long pickup truck type of nose makes urban maneuvering less appealing than the competitors, but that would be my only gripe. I recommend getting the V-8. It's a very smooth engine and does not consume much more fuel than the V-6. These trucks average 12-13 MPG, depending on high vs. low roof. We tow very heavy trailers with this truck on occasion and it handles it fine. We are at 110,000 miles with Zero repairs!
