I'm very happy with my eXterra. It runs well and has more bells and whistles then any SUV I have ever owned. Mary Ann and all the sales personnel were very helpful with making the purchase. Mary Ann even let take off road to try out the 4 wheel drive. They also gave me a gift basket with all kind of goodies for my new SUV. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle at Mazda of Fort Walton Beach and have been impressed so much a second time around that I wanted to make sure everyone knows about it! They have excellent customer service by everyone there. There is NO high pressure sales pitch and their focus is on YOU the customer. They won't try to convince to get buy it now or no deal; they take the time and patience to answer every single question; and if they don't know the answer immediately, they will get back to you. It is a very relaxed and non-pressure atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone to get their vehicle here.
I will be doing a lot of traveling soon and needed something dependable, with a warranty and that get good gas mileage. I was upside down in my trade in and have very little time to play the sit in a salesman's office game. I originally contacted a Hyundai dealer in Pensacola who I had bought from before and obtained an out the door price in an Accent SE. I was sure Hampton would be more expensive, but I contacted them anyway, ready to go to Pensacola. I was wrong! I was put in touch with Paul Surmiak and brokered the entire deal via text. The first time I met Paul in person was when I went to sign the papers and pick up my car. Not only did I get a better price, I got the better price in an Accent SEL! I got the next trim level up and went out the door $1500 less than Pensacola! I highly recommend Paul Surmiak and Hampton Hyundai, they restored my faith in Fort Walton Beach dealerships!

I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport from Hampton Hyundai, salesman was Cameron Hardin, he is a new guy, recently left the Army and just an all around pleasant guy to talk to and do business with. I really hate buying cars for the usual reasons but these guys treated me right, we looked at a couple of cars and laid out the numbers on paper and left the dealership to sleep on the deal. They showed me the best deal right up front and didn't waste a lot of time haggling with me. I appreciate a good deal and a pleasant transaction. I would highly recommend Cameron to anybody and I appreciate the extra rebate they give you for being prior military.
My family and I were on vacation when the transmission in our car went out. We decided to shop Kia and had a wonderful experience doing so. Dennis did an amazing job at ensuring we were getting a fantastic car. The finance team was great at getting us in and out with the paperwork. Ended up with a wonderful experience and we still made it to the beach. Great job Lee Kia for doing so well in a stressful situation :)
I recently purchased a Nissan from Tom Jones and was floored by the easiness and knowledge of credit challenged people. He made my transaction a done deal. I went to several other dealers , but their salespeople were like robots. Very cold and scripted. I will continue my future car shopping with mr. JONES. I purchased my car and was in and out less than an hour. Fwb autobrokers is a reminder of how deals used to he made. A+ all the way!
We recently bought a car from Skip at Fort Walton Beach Auto Brokers for our daughter. We had been to every car lot between Niceville and Destin and were either disappointed with either the selections, or lack thereof, and/or the professionalism of the staff, or lack thereof. The moment Skip came out to introduce himself, I knew were buying a car from him, Whether we could find one on the lot or not. As luck turned out, We did find a couple of options and Skip worked with us so we could take them for a used car check up. They both had some minor things such as rear light replacement, tightening of bolts...nothing major and Skip from day 1 was honest and upfront about all of that and took care of it all! He even got a cigarette burn in the drivers seat fixed. He wanted to make sure the car was perfect for us before we drove it off the lot. Skip communicated the status of everything with us frequently and even called a couple of days after the purchase to see if our daughter had any questions about the car and make sure she was happy with purchase and it was running good for her. His professionalism, integrity, and honesty are above reproach. It was the best car buying experience! I will never buy a used car anywhere else and neither should you!
Was only inside briefly so didn't really notice much about the office. The salesperson was informative about the jeeps I was interested in. He shared any issues there were and seemed very honest. He left my number for another rep that I had already contacted by email. I also received a follow up call from the person I emailed. Though I did not ultimately buy a vehicle from them I felt they were very attentive and I would recommend this dealership to others.

I bought a car for my daughter and was met by the Sales Manager Davie. Please remember that name, Davie; sincere, accommodating, easygoing, and very fair-minded.
My daughter has now had the car for several weeks, and loves it, with no problems whatsoever.

Dealt with Davie at the dealership. Overall, good experience, not high pressure, and he wanted to make a deal and do business. Fair sales price and trade in offer. Like any auto transaction there were a couple minor issues to get resolved, but would definitley consider buying/trading here again!
