Everyone was so kind and helpful! The price was exactly what they advertised with no hidden fees other than the ones they told us up front! We were out the door with my new Nissan Rogue in less than an hour! I would highly recommend this dealership! And as a bonus, they had a nice playroom with great toys that entertained my 2 year old grandson the entire time! Well done Gates Nissan!

Was a good experience. Bought used car listed online and car was as described when arrived to test drive. Traded in my current car and got reasonable value. No issues with the entire process.
2027 Nissan Kicks review
I love this new Kicks. It’s so spacious and comfortable. It drives real smooth. I wanted a small suv but not too small. Dre the car guy at Serra Nissan in Centerpoint. showed me the 2027 Kicks and that was it. Loving it.

We purchased a 2025 Expedition Max Platinum from Impex, great people, great service, fast and easy. We worked with Kelvin who was very nice and very knowledgeable.
2024 Nissan Leaf review
One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Not a pushy bunch. Sales folk seemed decent but I only worked with one. Just be aware of the typical dealer antics. They will work with you to get you the car you can get, which may surprise you
2023 Nissan Leaf review
This car drives very smoothly. For such a small car, you don’t feel the road. It feels like you are in an airplane. I have received many compliments from my passengers.

When I sent tri co an email asking about a car that I was interested in they didn't waste no time getting back with me. So I have to give them a 10!
2022 Nissan Kicks review
Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

Automotive SolutionsReviews
Automotive Solutions review
Stopped by this dealership to test drive a SUV. Adis was very patient and willing to work with me through all aspects of the sale. He was honest and fair throughout. He addressed my concerns about the tires and a sensor light. When I brought the vehicle in later that week as we had scheduled, he discovered that the brake pads needed to be replaced and did so, free of charge. I absolutely love my Porsche Cayenne. It runs beautifully! Adis is a true person of integrity and stands behind his word. I am sold as a repeat customer and recommend Automotive Solutions to anyone looking for a top quality vehicle and superior customer service. Thank you, Adis, and God bless!
2016 Nissan Leaf review
I didn’t expect such a nice and Comfortable car. The trunk area has as much space as our Liberty. For all our town driving it fits our needs. We have the same range as a model 3 Tesla for one third the price. Love the quit and smooth ride!
