Service overall was fine. Came in on a Saturday, which is first come first serve, for an oil change and rotation. Was out within two hours of arriving. Only real problem i had was someone was burning either incense or a strong cheap candle that triggered my allergies as soon as I walked into the waiting area. Had to walk around the entire lot several time while waiting just to avoid the candle or whatever it was. When it came to check out, i was not asked to come to the cashier over the PA. Didn't know i was ready until the service person told me I was. Walked up to the cashier who was so enthralled with her phone that there were 4 tickets on the counter and when i tapped on the glass after standing there for a few minutes she jumped and finally realized she was at work and should be taking care of customers.

Just bought a gmc Yukon Denali and from the time we arrived to the time we pulled off the lot the entire staff was far more accommodating than I could have expected, they filled up the tank, got me an oil change and still gave us an incredible deal. Family owned and operated so that simplifies the process. Would recommend them to whoever is buying a car. They saved us a trip to Atlanta.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Marcos, did an exceptional job taking care of me. When I dropped my car off, he explained everything the service consisted of and when I came back to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to the car (there was a recall that was done also (he called me to inform me of the work prior to doing it)), just to make sure I was happy and understood everything. I live in Evans, Ga and I take the extra trip to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet in Augusta, Ga, because of people like Marcos.
Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.
People at the Gerald Jones Audi/VW are very professional and nice to discuss on options with vehicles. It only took a few days before we made our decisions for two vehicles, one to purchase and one to lease. Rod Ibarra made the process of negotiation and completion very smooth. I was looking for a specific type of car and found one there that had to be brought to the dealership. It arrived on my sales persons day off and he came in just to show it to me...on his day off. There was never any pressure the staff was straightforward with no pressure. The best care buying experience I have had.
The process, attention given, effort on their part to find the car we wanted, being upfront and honest in every area of the dealings and giving us a very comfortable, informative and caring atmosphere to do a major purchase gets a 5 star rating. They seemed to be much more interested in satisfying the customer than in just selling a car.

When my car was totaled I was given a 2018 Hyundai Elantra as my rental car and I just loved it so much that I decided to go to Taylor Hyundai to purchase my new car. Kimberly was very helpful and she knew I loved the Elantra and made sure that I drove one of the lot. She???s a great sales lady and overall a nice lady in general! Very great experience!
My wife and I visited Taylor about five times and test drove Santa Fe's on each occasion. Angel was very patient, helpful, and didn't pressure us at all. Didn't even have to do the "my manger would like to meet you" thing....which I HATE doing. When we decided to buy... they gave me a fair price on my trade in without a haggle ($3k more than two other dealerships offered). They also price matched what USAA said I should pay for a "great deal". Easiest car buying experience ever...usually takes me two to three days of pitting two dealerships against each other. This couldn't have gone smoother and I am happy with my purchase.
I was due for a ???new to me??? car and found one online. It was exactly what I was looking for. The used vehicle was detailed and cleaned up nicely. I traveled from Lexington to Edgefield and would do it again for the great no hassle experience. The staff took time to explain the features of the car and show me how everything works.
