An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

Overall great experience. The mechanic even worked into his lunch to get my repairs done quickly. My service coordinator was excellent and really kept me in the loop with everything.

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

I bought my 2018 Red Fiat 124 Lusso 6 spd manual with 5000 km on the odometer so it was pretty much a new car and it looked new. This is the most fun to drive car I have over owned and at age 73 I have owned plenty of cars over my years. It looks like an Italian roadster should look with long front hood with a short rear deck and looks aggressive. It handles beautifully and takes corners with absolute accuracy plus no surprises. This isn’t a vehicle so see often on the streets so it really attracts attention and is a real conversation starter. I have never owned a car that attracts people and positive comments like this 124 does. For me this isn’t my everyday driver but it is what I drive when I want to have fun. The trunk is big enough that my wife and I have done 2 week outings and can easily fit enough in the trunk. It is reliable and I highly recommend it.

SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?

The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Good communication in person, via text and by email. I was happy overall with the service work/repairs also. Will go there again for future service.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!
