Was looking for a new car after finding out my car was undrivable. Originally went to Josh's Under Ten (now DriveHub) to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but it ended up being sold. Test drove a Buick Encore and Jeremiah was our salesman. He was prompt and didn't pressure us. Excellent customer service. I found a vehicle 2.5 hours from me and I reached out to Kerns Ford to see if they would be willing to do a dealer to dealer purchase. I sent Rodney Klinger the selling dealer information and the vin number of the vehicle. Rodney sent me a detailed report of the vehicle and his recommendations. I then contacted the selling dealer and asked if they did dealer to dealer sales; which they don't. Rodney then informed me due to the mileage on my vehicle (330,000) and the work that needed to be completed on it (new head gasket, new starter, soft top, soft top mounting kit, catalytic converter) to make it sellable, the trade-in value would be $0.00. He then connected me with a person who was looking for a project vehicle. I told them about the vehicle and they are coming out to inspect the vehicle and potentially purchase it. Very enjoyable experience overall.

Prior to speaking with Lee at MIG, we searched around for a used Colorado, but each time, the dealers seemed unwilling to negotiate reasonably. Discouraged, we decided to make the trip up to Bellefontaine to test drive a Z71 model. Lee greeted us and talked about what we were looking for. He set us up for a test drive around town in a great truck, and when we decided to talk price, Lee was willing to negotiate a great deal, including a fair trade for our aging minivan. JIM LAIRD was a no presser sales person with good under standing & explaining every thing about the car. Jim was one of the best to make a deal with. But the title person ((John)) was a HIGH presser sales on third party warranty (service contract) Never told it wasn't a HONDA CARE CONTRACT which cost more & covered less then the Honda care contract on the internet. WHY WOULD A DEALERSHIP SALEING NEW & USED HONDA"S SALE THIRD PARTY SERVICE CONTRACTS. JIM LAIRD was good great person to work with & not part of the service contract. but why would Reineke dealership sell a lesser service contract over the better HONDA CARE SERVICE CONTRACT . MR REINEKE better rethink the decision of third party service contracts not explaining they have nothing to do with HONDA CARE. MR REINEKE CALL ME. Your dealership has my phone number.
