We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

We are very pleased with our new car buying experience once again. We've purchased many cars at East Coast Honda over the years and have never been disappointed. This time went in not knowing what we wanted as a second vehicle and after being shown many different cars by Michael Collins we decided on leasing a new 2025 Honda HRV AWD Sport. We love it and love how affordable East Coast Honda made it for us. Michael really listened to our needs and we left with a vehicle that is very easy to drive, quiet on the road, and sits up high enough so it's easy for us to get in and out of. It has all of the options that we need and we love the look and color. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We have been getting our Accord serviced here since moving here four years ago. It was time to buy a new car and we couldn’t be happier. Michael Collin’s knowledge, professionalism and friendliness made our car buying purchase easy. We couldn’t be happier with our new top of the line CRV. We would never go anywhere else for sales or service.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I rate the entire buying experience with sales rep, Abby Miller, outstanding. She had a positive attitude from the minute she said "hello" and never gave up until we drove off in a new Jetta. She even followed through when we brought the car back for its 2 week check up. She really is an excellent sales rep. The facility was clean and modern, with cars beautifully displayed. Financing was handled quickly and efficiently and everyone we dealt with was pleasant, supportive and courteous. We had heard a strange noise, just before our two week check up and the car was checked from top to bottom,and test driven before we left, to be sure nothing was overlooked.The car is running beautifully. So our entire experience was wonderful and we rate the entire experience as an excellent one

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words
