We called and said we would be a little late and the service manager said he would wait for us. When we got there, he found our bill but the cashier was gone. We Purchased a gently used truck, 2023 Chevy Silverado from Juan Cortes. The whole process was very easy and we can’t say enough about how awesome Juan was. Throughout the whole journey he made sure we were comfortable and kept us well informed. When we picked the vehicle up he spent a good 45 minutes or more going over the entire trucks features. He never acted rushed. It was very much appreciated as all the bells and whistles of the truck were a lot more than we were used to. Truck drives like a dream and we couldn’t be more pleased. The financial issues were handled very smoothly as well. That gentleman, I think his name was Aaron(sorry if that’s wrong) was very friendly and personable! Every person we met in the group was extremely friendly. We have bought many vehicles from Watson and have always had great service. Juan Cortes should be employee of the year. 😋
