Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I was in the market for a newer smaller car and had searched everywhere. Seemed like no one could help me get in to my dream car. I finally decided I would try carmax and no regret whatsoever. They helped me find the exact car I wanted and the approval was fast and easy. Would reccomend to anyone shopping for a car.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Christopher Gist is an amazing sales person! I called him on Wednesday, inquired about a particular Tundra. We discussed minor details, the biggest being that I live more than five hours away! He assured me if I wanted the Tundra, I could have it and began working that instant! Not only did I get the truck I wanted, the options I wanted, the financing I wanted, but I also met one of the nicest, most fun salesman I have ever met! I actually had the feeling that me and Chris had been friends for years and he was trying to help me more than anything else! 2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I have bought many cars from dealers and individuals and I can say that CarMax doesn’t disappoint. We test drove the car and purchased it and drove it off the lot in less than an hour!

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.
