I'm a loyal customer of Porsche West Palm Beach Brahman based on one thing Service. Krystal is phenomenal from A to Z she never misses out on details. She genuinely cares for customer making entire process flawless. Clear and easy communication, diagnostic sent to phone. Krystal and Rachel had my loaner car waiting. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. I recently purchased my first Porsche at Porsche Orlando, and I?m so happy to say it was one of the best experiences buying a car in America so far. My advisor, Antonio Shum, made the whole experience truly memorable. I feel incredibly lucky and happy to have found such a wonderful place to do business. I can?t recommend it enough. The transparency, open dialogue, and information they provided were just a small part of everything they offered. I knew I was going into a luxury car dealership, and honestly, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Porsche for so much, I am truly enjoying my Panamera.
