Porsche 911 for Sale in Lowell, MA

I recently bought a new 911 GT3 Touring from James Giniewicz. It was my first time dealing with James at Porsche Nashua and I'm from out-of-state. I initially got to know James by exchanging emails about a different car that he was selling and it was then that I realised he's not your average car sales person. James' enthusiasm for Porsche cars and the brand literally jumped off the page! James is someone who loves cars and is not the typical sales person I've dealt with in the past who just wants to make a sale. As a car enthusiast myself, James is someone I could totally relate to and we instantly had a lot in common. We went back and forth a few times as James tried to understand my needs and wants. When I chose not to purchase the car I had initially asked about, James totally understood and was not in the least bit pushy. When James managed to secure a production slot for a 911 GT3 Touring he called me immediately and we wrapped up the deal in lightning speed. At all times, it was a true pleasure working with James. He's professional, diligent, an expert in his field and he's always accessible (often calling and texting me on his day off). Above all, James made the whole experience fun, stress-free and memorable. All of my prior experiences buying a car in the US and UK were mediocre at best. James and the team at Porsche Nashua are simply the best I've worked with. I couldn't be happier with my new 911 GT3 Touring! I don't know when I'll be buying my next Porsche but I do know that I'll be giving my business to James.

James provided a great combination of accessibility, responsiveness, and knowledge without any sort of pressure. I have an erratic schedule and prefer asynchronous communication modes and he adapted to what I wanted seemingly without effort. The other dealership people I interacted with were all helpful and friendly and, overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Everyone knows how painful it is to buy a car, going to a dealership, spend countless hours, get cheated, lied to, harassed, bargaining for pennies, etc..., it seems to be the rule to any dealership on the planet. However, there is always an exception to any rule, and the exception is Newton Automotive. I was looking for a big car and came across Newton Automotive. From minute one, you can feel the honesty and the right atmosphere in this place. Olek is fabulous, he is humble, very knowledgeable, tells it like it is and advises you what is right for you without pushing in any way. Joseph is amazing and only gets cars as if they were his own, so obviously even used cars are in very great shape. My car needs some minor adjustments that they disclosed to me during the sales process and they have committed to fix everything we have discussed and even to provide a loaner car. I am definitely pretty precise, asks questions and like things done well; those guys have exceeded expectations on the sales and service side. The car selection process was quick and easy, no need to bargain as the prices are very reasonable. Once decided, I dealt with the finance side of Newton Automotive. Zach, the finance guru is excellent, he knows what he is talking about, he works with you on the best possible scenario and does not leave any rock unturned. They certainly all want to get cars off their lot but they will never use number of cars as a benchmark, they will use the customer satisfaction as a benchmark and will only send you back home with the car that is right for you and your budget. This place lives and breathes honesty, people are warm, funny, professional, good in business, care about their customers and the cars they sell them. They have no need to wear suit and tie to show how professional they are, because they really are professional and understand what customer service is. There is a few more people at their dealership from the shop to the office and they all are very nice and very good. Not only, they are now my sole and only car dealership, but I will also service my cars at their shop. I could continue this review, but by now, you must be getting the feel of the experience that I can summarize in one word: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

Ali is the ultimate professional in car sales. His knowledge of Porsche far exceeds expectations when you talk to him. He is a historian of these cars. He was extremely helpful and patient in finding me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. Additionally, he helped me decide on some options that I wasn't thinking about. I highly recommend Ali as a salesman at this dealership.

I thought I knew Porsche. Not after meeting Chris Bolarinho. He took the time to educate me on the model features for the cars I was interested in. He made sure that the car I was looking at was going to work for me. No pressure to buy at all. He was professional and courteous. Made sure that every i was dotted and t was crossed. Walked in after worked, Christopher Bolarinho greeted me. I told him what I was looking for, found Porsche, test drove to the house for hubby and dogs to approve, nestled her in the garage to make sure she fit, drive back to dealership and closed the deal. Quick, easy, and had car delivered to office when ready. Superb customer service the way it should be.

I have been a client and friend of Herb Chambers Saab - and now Porsche - for nearly 15 years. They are welcoming, approachable, kind, attentive, and thorough, and that is just when dropping off your vehicle. The workmanship has always been top drawer, and when it didn't meet expectations or something was missed, work was immediately executed. The showroom and service area are light in mood and surroundings, but one definitely knows the appropriate work is being done all around you. Pull up a couch in the garage area, and you would feel like you were in your own living room watching a car show. A good car show. I'm considering a new car that might take me away from this dealership service, and that is the one reason that I'm going to keep my current car on the road. I can't "quit" them.

I have been back twice for service and tires since I bought my Cayman. Davit has anticipated all my needs and although I do not live close to this dealership, I would not go anywhere else for service. Davit Petroysan is the reason for that! Professional, courteous and doesn't try to sell me anything that I don't need. Because of him, I have recommended that several of my friends visit this dealership for sales and service!

I live in NY but it was worth driving and dealing with Porsche Chambers Boston. Christopher Brustas and Sam Moustafa were pleasant, professional and understating to work on a current deal. I was positively surprised how they stepped in and helped me with out of state registration and other issue that I encountered later with the vehicle. I am very happy and excited about my purchase, and have no hesitation recommending Porsche of Chambers.
