Mikayla was very professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping me with my needs. He met me in the reception area, assisted me promptly, and brought me my keys. Additionally, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Don Jordan, who informed me about the dealership’s monthly Cars and Coffee event and kindly invited me to attend with friends and family. It sounded like a wonderful event and further demonstrated the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. I traded a late-model Bronco for a 981 Cayman this last week. Greg was the salesman. I typically do not like to work with dealerships. I find the sales tactics and pushy attitude to be off-putting. This was not the case AT ALL with Hendrick Porsche. I found all the staff to be professional, courteous, and very relaxed. I didn’t feel pressured at all to enter into any service contracts, additional car treatments, or extended warranties. They treated me with respect and dignity even though I was purchasing one of their lower priced cars on the lot. I really hope to work with them in the future for another purchase. I had a very positive experience with this dealership. (And this has typically not been the case in the past for me.)
