I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

2018 Porsche Panamera review
I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

2019 Porsche Panamera review
This is my 4th Porsche, and might be my last. With two 7 year olds still at home, it was too tough to get them into the back of the 911. This is the perfect blend of practicality and zoom zoom. From the drivers seat, it feels like a wide, flat 911 with almost all of the spunk and driving fun. I use mine as a daily driver and it drives great. There is really no comparison to the fit and finish from Porsche -- all top notch, even at the base level.

2017 Porsche Panamera review
The 2017 Panamera Turbo is phenomenal: It is the perfect blend of sports car (0-60 in 3.0 seconds… Entering traffic or accelerating to pass is exhilarating at 550 hp/567 lb/ft torque) & luxury vehicle (4 door, plenty of room for back seat passengers, plus plenty of storage room with hatch back & rear seats can fold down for more space. Beautiful interior, appointments & super sound system). This vehicle is very impressive, drives/corners like a dream (these tires just Grip the road on turns) and people commented on it regularly. This is a beast of a sports car that also happens to carry four people comfortably!
