Have had many Porsches and been to many Dealer/repair facilities. Needed a repair on my Cayenne and Boxster as I was traveling through St Louis.....twice in a year. Last repair was a fix on lousy repair job from another place. I was accomdated immediately. Got towed to This dealer and repair done quickly, completely and correctly. I was kept up to date on repair in a timely manner during the process and prices were reasonable. Here is the "over the top". All Porsche dealers wash the Porsche before returning it to customer but none I have gone to before have done it very well and have the rims very clean. My rims were not only clean but shiney. Excellent place with perfect qualified associates.
This is my third Porsche bought at this dealership. The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park by far is the best Porsche dealership in the Midwest. From customer service to technicians to sales they care about you. I've owned many cars and I will continue to buy my Porsches only at the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park. My process Leasing a Mercedes from Tafel motor Corporation was fantastic. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would???ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there???s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can???t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had been in the market for a 2012 Shelby GT500 when I came across the Auto Palace Ad on Cars.com. I sent in a request for information which was responded to immediately by Steve Blackwell. We spoke a few times by phone and he was super helpful, even found financing that beat my bank by a large margin! I lived over 325 miles away so did a Fly and Drive with my 2 boys. Steve gave us the royal treatment and even arranged a ride to the dealership from my Hotel near the airport! We were even treated to a tour of the facility and of their private collection of Automobiles which was very interesting and extensive. The paper work was painless as everything was prepared and before we knew it we were on our way back home. The car ran flawlessly and even averaged 23 .8 MPG on the drive home. Not bad for a 550HP vehicle! I am super happy and offer a sincere Thank You! to the team at Auto Palace!
I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. I recently purchased a Boxter S from the Porsche Colorado Springs, and needed some help installing the chip and software for Porsche Connect Plus. On Black Friday, late in the day, when the dealership learned that I needed the chip, they sent a sales representative to my home and talked me through the installation and configuration of the software. These folks are the most conscientious and courteous Porsche reps I've ever met! I can's say enough good things about these guys! The buying experience was fast, fun and painless, and the support is first class. I highly recommend buying from this dealership! It was definitely worth the drive.

I worked with Marty, and he did an amazing job describing the vehicle, and sending me additional pictures to help me make an informed purchasing decision. Marty did an exceptional job of explaining the vehicle, and how it rated in comparison to other Porsche models, as well as other similar models available elsewhere. His professionalism was exceptional, and he never pushed me into a decision to purchase, but rather educated me on if it was right for me. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.
I recently acquired my first Porsche, a new 2017 Boxster S with manual transmission. Jeff Akasten was my sales guy and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to source the vehicle I wanted from CT and arranged transport so I could take delivery on the day I wanted; no easy task as the transaction came together quickly and all of the dealer's normal drivers were unavailable. Jeff hired a truck to transport the car and it was delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Porsche of Norwell to friends and will do business there again. P.S. - They also gave me a very fair price even though I did not pick a car off of their lot, and the negotiation was painless.
I would like to say that Amy was amazing. She provided me excellent customer service. She greeted me with a big smile and friendly attitude. She made me feel welcomed and gave me the impression that customers should feel right at home. She gave me a tour of the facility. Showed me the wireless information, the snack bar area and the upstairs quiet area. Overall, I am very satisfied with her professionalism. Buying a car can be tiring and frustrating but the experience that my wife and I had at Porsche Beaverton was the most relaxing and enjoyable time we've ever had purchasing a car. They had the exact 2018 Macan with the options we were looking for in stock. They gave a very generous trade in and a great deal on the Macan so we drove away very pleased. This is our second car purchase from Porsche Beaverton and we would recommend them to anyone interested in a Porsche. We dealt with Lance Gearing and Christian Manz who were both great to deal with and straight forward on the pricing. We drove over from Eastern Washington and it was worth the drive. The dealership also returned us a check for the amount we overpaid on licensing which other dealerships would have probably pocketed.
I really appreciated the opportunity to work with a very professional team who helped me find a nice 2017 Carrera 4s. They never made me feel pressured and were always very patient. Follow up was great. I encourage anyone who is seeking a Porsche to work with this team.
